Those “Don’t Rape” classes were supposed to teach Muslim rapefugees not to rape smiling women. Here’s how these classes were run in Norway.

“Men have weaknesses and when they see someone smiling it is difficult to control,” Abdu Osman Kelifa, a Muslim asylum seeker from the Horn of Africa said, explaining that in his own country, Eritrea, “if someone wants a lady he can just take her and he will not be punished,” at least not by the police.

Confused, Mr. Kelifa volunteered to take part in a pioneering and, in some quarters, controversial program that seeks to prevent sexual and other violence by helping male immigrants from societies that are largely segregated or in which women show neither flesh nor public affection to adapt to more open European societies.

Here’s how well “Don’t Rape” classes are working in Belgium where there are apparently too many smiling women.

The 16-year-old Afghan asylum seeker followed a worker from a catering firm into the basement and raped her at the centre in Menen, near the French border, prosecutors said.

The judge ordered him detained in youth custody until his next hearing.

‘Two weeks ago we gave a course about how to treat women in Flanders and the boy was present there,’ the spokeswoman said.

‘I repeat: people who need a course on how to treat women should not be there in the first place,’ Tom Van Grieken, leader of anti-immigrant party Vlaams Belang said on Twitter.

Or we could just give him more classes. Surely they’ll work. Especially if we swap out classes for cattle prods or chemical castration. Or just stop taking people from Muslim cultures where rape is okay.

The problem is right there in the Koran.
