More shrinking of the economic pie with extra slices cut.
This is what happens when you have a welfare state that taxes you to death, and labour unions driving up the price of maintaining a work force, you can’t keep your business and satisfy both. The Finnish cell phone maker just dumped over a thousand workers, paper mills are closing left and right, and now candy makers are feeling the crunch. Added to that is the state’s upping the tax on sweets. Less interest in purchasing candy is hitting the market as well, as the Finnish nanny state smothers the private sector.
NOTE: Socialism eventually strangles the economy resulting in fewer opportunities for employment and people willing to work, in other words, a dead end full of deadbeats.
