Japan obamablunders

OBAMA’S ATTEMPT TO APOLOGIZE FOR HIROSHIMA AND NAGASAKI REBUKED BY THE JAPANESE GOV’T…….

An properly so.

Obama is an extreme embarrassment to the average US citizen who definately does not want to see its head of state traveling around the world apologizing supposedly on behalf of the American people. They are not apologetic for anything Obama subscribes to outside of his fringe lunatic base.

The US has nothing to apologize for in the dropping of those two atomic bombs on the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, both were towns deeply embedded in the military industrial complex. Not only that, the record clearly states that the Japanese were preparing for a total war scenario were the US to invade its shores, and they were to do just that, both sides.

The Japanese brought the entire end result upon themselves, showing to the world that they were ruled by a bunch of brutal fanatics who did not respect any international agreement on the rules of war, and were prepared to fight to the last Japanese man, woman and child. It can be eloquently argued that the US’s dropping of those two bombs SAVED untold tens of millions of Japanese lives, including Allied forces that were preparing to launch a costly invasion of the Japanese islands.

Those who dare stand in judgement of the US, including Zero, do so from pure ignorance and/or from a disingenuous ideological stance. By default, they are saying that it was preferable for the US to have continued with its carpet bombing of Japanese cities, in which far more Japanese had already died than in those two nuke attacks, and would continue to do so at a great cost in life, or just surrender to the Japanese after they attacked Pearl Harbor.

The TT challenges anyone to counter the points raised, in a factual, logical rational way. KGS

NOTE: Also, there is the issue of the Japanese rush for the nuke bomb of their own towards the end of the war. We all know that the murderous regime would in fact have used it against Allied forces if they had the chance to do so, which a long protracted invasion of Japan would have allowed.

Another stop on the tour was in Japan, where Obama in November 2009 bowed to the emperor, something no American president had ever done. It could have been worse if plans to visit Nagasaki and Hiroshima to apologize for winning the war with the atom bombs had come to pass.

A heretofore secret cable dated Sept. 3, 2009, was recently released by WikiLeaks. Sent to Secretary of State Clinton, it reported Japan’s Vice Foreign Minister Mitoji Yabunaka telling U.S. Ambassador John Roos that “the idea of President Obama visiting Hiroshima to apologize for the atomic bombing during World War II is a ‘nonstarter.'”

The Japanese feared the apology would be exploited by anti-nuclear groups and those opposed to the defensive alliance between Japan and the U.S.

Whatever Tokyo’s motive, Obama’s motive was to once again apologize for defending freedom, this time for winning with devastating finality the war Japan started.

  1. Dear Tundra Tabloids:

Thank you for a mighty fine essay. I agree with the thesis that for all the pain and suffering inflicted by the nuclear attacks on Japan, the sum result saved hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of lives. Many Japanese commentators acknowledge this.

We all regret the past wars with those who we are friendly with today. This is a natural emotion. I used to have to fight back tears when reading about, watching a documentary, or even a drama on the American Civil War because the thought of Americans slaughtering Americans was hard for me to bear. Yet the thought that anybody owed an apology never crossed my mind and you rarely, if ever hear anyone suggest that one is due.

And so it is with Japan; a nation we have come to like, admire and learn from. The thought that America and Japan once waged a bitter and devastating war brings feelings of regret and sadness, but few question why it happened and why America took on the tremendous burden of ending Japanese imperialism. It takes a rank amateur in the White House to force left-wing ideology on this country the way President O’Bama did and I’m glad the Japanese had the courage to reject it.

    That’s what friends are for.

    Sincerely,

    1. Thank you TINSC, I took my time with this one, it is really important to understand the over all ramifications of such a fool action that Obama wanted to implement. You hit the nail on the head as usual. 😉

    2. Well said, TINSC.
I’m not an American, but am thankful to the USA for their stand on freedom. If the world continues on this mad PC path, soon we (The West) will be apologising to Nazis for ending Hitler’s plans.

  2. Ty for including a bit of background information .
It was a horrible event in a world racked with war, violence, pain and death.
Every country paid heavily whether aggressors ,defenders or victims .

Obama thinks he is bonding with foreign governments when he grovels and is relating racially with fellow victims of whitey when he apologizes .I am surprised he hasn’t asked Germany for an apology. He is confused between respect and polite manners. His lack of historical education and his obvious muslim favoritism , antisemitism and racism doesn’t help.
