Dutch fighter planes not equipped to participate in bombing of IS in Syria
At the end of January the Dutch government decided after lengthy discussions that its F-16 fighter planes would participate in allied bombings of IS in Syria. It now turns out that the U.S which is heading the operations barely uses the Dutch planes because they can only communicate by radio and lack equipment to communicate via satellite.
