Two men from Slough in Berkshire and one from Stoke Poges in Buckinghamshire were held by officers from the South East Counter Terrorism Unit (SECTU).
The 27-year-old from Stoke Poges and a 26-year-old from Slough were both arrested on suspicion of preparation of terrorist acts, while another 26-year-old man was arrested in Slough yesterday on suspicion of financing terrorist acts.
All three men have been bailed by police until dates in August.
