This kind of outrage some 50-60 years ago would never have happened, that was a time when the Black American family unit was solid, and though the community might not have been as well off as surrounding neighborhoods, the children had parents that took care of them and disciplined them whenever it was necessary.
After 60 years of socialist social engineering and hundreds of billions of dollars thrown at the War on Poverty, these Democrat fiefdoms have little to show for themselves. Sad to say, most Black families (as a family unit) were better off in the Harlem of the 40’s then they are now in the big cities today.
