Snatched in full from Vlad for wider dispersal.

This man and his family cannot be allowed to be deported, on the contrary, Spain should deport all those with dual citizenship and residency permits who are for his deportation.

Interview and press release of Imran Firasat

This just came in email from Imran:

As you all know that my refugee status was revoked by the Spanish ministry of interior for the reasons that my activities against Islam are a risk for the national security of Spain. I was given a month for filing an appeal, which I am in process of doing so. But the persecution doesn´t end here. All what the Spanish authorities have done against me in order to make the Muslim world happy is not yet sufficient for them.

This evening I got a call from the police station. I was ordered to come to the police station and return back my residence card. I told them that look, I am in the process of filing an appeal and you can´t do that to me. I need to have my identity until the high court gives the final word on my status. I refused to go to the police station.

But as usual the Spanish authorities are in so much hurry for deporting me to Pakistan that they by themselves came to my home at 21:00 pm and ordered me to return back my residence card. I was also threatened that from now on I am not anymore a legal resident of this country and that I am an illegal immigrant who can be caught or deported anytime.

Losing my residence card means I am a stateless person now without any identity. Anytime any policeman can put me behind the bars for being an illegal immigrant. I can´t even work as my work permission has also been revoked by the Spanish authorities. They have made me handicapped. They didn´t even wait for the judgment from the high court on my appeal.

You know why this all is happening to me? For criticizing Islam. My status in Spain has not been revoked because I have committed a crime according to the Spanish law, but I am being persecuted because of my opposition against Islam. Now expressing our view on Islam in the western world has been declared as an official crime. Spain is feared by the Islamic world. The Spanish authorities have given a message to the Muslim world that Spain has lost its dignity and that Spain is going to live like the Muslim world wants. Do you think; in this manner the Islamic terrorism and injustice can be stopped? Of course not. This encourages Muslims more to continue the path they have been following and not to be changed.

Friends,

I am sad and shocked. Where is my right of freedom of expression? Why instead of being protected, I am being persecuted by the Spanish authorities? Is it a crime now to speak the truth about Islam? Am I going to die because of my opinions on Islam? I need the world´s support. If I get deported to Pakistan (which is highly probable now), then never anyone will dare to fight publicly against Islam´s violent ideology and the world will have to submit to Islam. Please raise your voice for me and help me to be protected. Thank you very much.

Below, an interview that was translated for us by Hermes:

From Digital Alert:

AD interviews Imran Firasat: “the Spanish government is in the hands of Islam”

Imran Firasat’s case depicts better that any other in which degree the spanish government is a hostage of the islamic organizations with close links to arabic countries which are present in our country, their goal fulfilling exactly as the have been planning: the paulatine islamization of the country. It was enough for the Interior Ministry that this pakistani ex muslim makes a film about Mohammed’s life to revoke his status of asylum seeker, which he enjoyed since 2010. Here we have just met islam face-to-face.

Firasat made public a trailer of the film in which he appeared talking in Colon Square – Madrid, with the Spanish flag in the background, and in which he asked among others whether the prophet of islam was a “saint sent by Allah or a child rapist and a murderer”. Last year he already published some caricatures about Mohammed. The Interior Ministry did not give details on the legal reasons behind the revoke of the asylum right. AD talked with him on this and other issues.

– How and when did you receive the news that the Spanish government revoked your status of asylum seeker?

15 days ago I received a notification in which I was being informed that a process was under way in order to revoke my status of political refugee. They gave me 15 days to contend in my defence. 3 days after I presented my allegations at the asylum office in Madrid, they told me that my right of asylum had been revoked on grounds that I was a danger to national security. A process directed at revoking one’s right of asylum, which usually lasts 6 months, was arranged in my case in just 3 days, with no allegation presented by me having been taken into consideration.

– Who do you think made pressure on the Spanish government to take this decision?

There is no doubt that it was the Spanish muslim organizations and the muslim governments from other countries who pressured the Spanish government. It was not because of having committed any crime that my asylum rights were revoked. This is why there is nothing in the final resolution pointing to any fact that I committed any crime punishable by the Spanish laws. It is only stated that my denunciations of Islam have been received with outrage in the muslim world. This is the same as throwing into prison a journalist not by having insulted anybody nor having broken any norm, but by having written something which does not please a given lobby.

-¿Do you confirm that the Spanish government is in the hands of Islam?

Yes, absolutely. On one hand, we are talking about freedom of speech, and on the other, when somebody wants to express an opinion, then one is persecuted in order to be silenced. I have been revealing Islam’s filth for 7 years, and nothing happened during that time. Besides, it was because of having criticized Islam that I was granted the refugee status in Spain. Why do they want to pressure, persecute and deport me, and revoke my asylum rights? The reason is clear: fear from the muslim world. We have lost our rights and western values due to fear for the economic relations with the oil-rich Islamic countries and the unjustified violence of muslims.

– So you fear for your life? Does this revoke of your refugee status a sure death sentence?

I would have never dared criticizing Mohammed or Islam if I had been scared for my life. Jesus has given a special purpose to my life. God and truth are with me, and this makes me have no fear of anything or anybody. I will fight for my rights till the last breath, and I will continue fighting in order to make known that islam is a danger to western society. Look, in any other circumstance, if a citizen warns the country which embraces him about the danger that a visible enemy poses to the coexistence, peace, security and freedom of that country, then that person would be praised. If the danger is islam, politicians then prefer looking away and sacrifice the security of their citizens. In any case, if the Spanish government ignores all laws out of fear of islam and sends me to Pakistan, where I will be killed for blasphemy, I will then understand that my destiny was to be a martyr on the path of truth.

– What will you do next?

For nowI am in the process of appealing. My lawyers are looking for any possibility to prove that what the Spanish government is doing with me is the result of an unlawful act of fear and discrimination.

– Why is that there are no similar actions against muslims attacking Christians?

I ask myself the same, but I get no answer from the authorities. Muslims are free to burn churches, persecute Christians, kill those who do not believe in Allah or Mohammed, and put bombs in the countries which embrace them. But we are not allowed to criticize these acts nor the source from which they are inspired. Just note the paradox: One wants to sentence me to a sure death in order not to awaken the beast which the government thinks is sleeping. This is like revoking the refugee status from a foreigner who had denounced the activities of ETA, with the sole purpose not to annoy this terrorist organization. What this and any other government must do is to expel the violent ones, and not those who denounce violence. Why is that no Spanish government has so far denounced the Islamic violence? The worst is that the danger of Islamism has already succeeded in one of their most dreadful goals: to halt any talk about them out of fear, and persecuting instead those of us in the west who use freedom of speech in order to denounce their illegal activities.

– What can AD readers do for you?

What is happening to me now can happen to anybody later. The Spanish government can take away from you too the right to freedom of speech, and the day may arrive when one will have to ask permission from the authorities before thinking or giving an opinion about islam. The only thing I ask from you is to pray for me and allow nobody to take away your right to the freedom of opinion, which is the main and most important value of our life

  1. Isn’t it so that persons living in the EU cannot be deported to countries where they may be tortured or put to death? Or does Spain no longer belong to the EU?
A coupe d’ètat by the moslim countries? Then verybody in the European Union is outlawed.

    1. yOU are right! The British gov spends millions trying to deport mozlem terrorists and cannot because of their human rites! There is the International court of Human rights in the Hague and his lawyers should be fighting there!
What on earth are they doing for him??

      1. You should know by now that the EU is a corrupt, Islamo-cooperative organization. You will see no coverage of this in the state-run media, no shouts of injustice from the ‘human rights commission’. If they could, they would kill this man for daring to insult what they are trying to bring to Europe.

  2. This would be beyond evil. What does the Spanish Govt think will happen to him if deported? They know they will send him to horrendous torture and eventual death in Pakistan. Those in the Spanish Govt doing this are cowardly monsters. Shame on them!
