  1. Unless you’re addicted to hard drugs or alcohol, what you look like is largely determined by your genes.

  2. Hold on folks.

    A balanced diet is important.

    And that means red meat, poultry, fish, fruit, nuts, seeds, milk, yoghurt, vegetables, and plenty of water each day.

    And cut out all the highly processed junk food while you’re at it.

    Nigella looks good – I must say – but I can’t forget the most ridiculous TV add she made flogging some brand of tea- it was awful.
