Anti-US John P. Holdren Obama's Socialist Pals

OBAMA’S SCIENCE ‘CZAR’ BELIEVES THAT THE US NEEDS TO BE DE-DEVELOPED…….

Check this out, from the ZIP…how much more proof do we need that this administration is intentionally crippling the US economy? The Tundra Tabloids has long been pressing this very point, and has heated discussions with many who think it’s a bit too conspiratorial, but how much proof does one need to come to the conclusion that this president does not place US interests, first? In fact, he’s methodically swinging a wrecking ball through all of its institutions in order to so radically change the US, that no successive Republican administration could ever hope to overturn. Stunning. KGS

In a video interview this week, White House Office of Science and Technology Director John P. Holdren told CNSNews.com that he would use the “free market economy” to implement the “massive campaign” he advocated along with Population Bomb author Paul Ehrlich to “de-develop the United States.”
In his role as President Barack Obama’s top science and technology adviser, Holdren deals with issues ranging from global warming to health care.
“A massive campaign must be launched to restore a high-quality environment in North America and to de-develop the United States,” Holdren wrote along with Paul and Anne H. Ehrlich in the “recommendations” concluding their 1973 book Human Ecology: Problems and Solutions.
“De-development means bringing our economic system (especially patterns of consumption) into line with the realities of ecology and the global resource situation,” Holdren and the Ehrlichs wrote.
“Resources must be diverted from frivolous and wasteful uses in overdeveloped countries to filling the genuine needs of underdeveloped countries,” Holdren and his co-authors wrote. ”This effort must be largely political, especially with regard to our overexploitation of world resources, but the campaign should be strongly supplemented by legal and boycott action against polluters and others whose activities damage the environment. The need for de-development presents our economists with a major challenge. They must design a stable, low-consumption economy in which there is a much more equitable distribution of wealth than in the present one. Redistribution of wealth both within and among nations is absolutely essential, if a decent life is to be provided for every human being.”

  1. Population Bomb author Paul Ehrlich to “de-develop the United States.”

Paul Ehrlich? Is this man still around? I would have thought that the multiple Global catastrophes of Global Freeze, or Global over-population or industry running out of raw materials, would have terminated his existence.

He is alive then. Good for him and I'm glad that his doom laden prophesies did not come true. Not one of them. 100% Failure rate.

The question is what kind of Czar takes Ehrlich as a science advisor, unless of course one is looking for advice that is going to be wrong, and then the blame can then be shifted to the scientific advisor.

And then we have John P. Holdren

Many a time, the first impression one has of a person, is borne out by further examination.

Take one look at the Obama Czar Holdren(?? – where is a real Bolshevik when you need one), and you see he is a dyed-in-the-wool Lefty.

Strange how these Marxists always manage to stick close to the capitalist pig that produces the wealth – parasites the whole lot of them, from Obama downwards.

  2. How much of this "Steal from the rich and give to the poor" policy is America supposed to tolerate? When will America get wise to the President's assault on the middle class?

One of the best ideas for economic growth in the developing world is offered by Dr. Robert Zubrin in his book "Energy Victory". If all cars sold in America are mandated to flex fuel, poor 3rd world countries could grow stuff to make the ethanol and methanol to power America's motor vehicle fleet. They would TAKE from OPEC a major share of the money being plundered by Saudi Arabia et. al.

Unfortunately, American politics has been reduced to the thesis of: "Take money from this guy; give it to that guy and take my cut." It doesn't matter whether we talk about Republicans or Democrats.

In order to improve the standard of living for people, we need to CREATE wealth. Merely moving wealth from one group of people to another fails to accomplish this goal. Hearing an Administration official advocate economic transfer explains to me why this Administration has failed to create a foundation for economic recovery.

Taking money from one person and giving it to another does NOT create wealth. Taking raw materials, adding labor and tools to make the raw material more valuable than before creates wealth. That process can come about from manufacturing, construction, or service. The process cannot be accomplished by transfer payments.

I hope this response is a direct one to the blog entry. If I digressed, I apologize.

  3. He's just another one of our 'Dear Leader's' commie cabal hard at work to transform the US into a Soviet Socialist America.
