Finland Lying Bastards Media activism Media malfeasance Media Skullduggery US

Finnish state broadcaster YLE lies about Trump and Finnish president meeting, says “Niinistö signaled to Trump he had invaded his space”…….

They have NO idea whatsoever what Niinistö was thinking at the moment, they’re inventing stuff again #fakemedia style…

UPDATE: Heikki Ketola on Twitter: “Niinistö said to the Finnish media that he did not even register this happening.”

What you see is Trump lauding the Finnish president and giving a friendly pat on the leg, to which Niinistö gives a polite thank you. YLE insists that because of the hand motion Trump removed his hand when it’s obvious the whole thing was done in a single motion. Trying to make up news, especially where this president (Trump) is concerned is standard fare for the fraud media.

The day started with an amusing video when Trump, who several women have accused of sexual assault and harassment, touched Niinistö’s knee. The Finnish head of state reacted quickly, signalling that he did not want his personal space invaded, Trump withdrew his hand, and a viral clip was born.

Here’s the clip:

Niinistö gets the plaudits after Trump show in White House

President Sauli Niinistö flew into a media storm on Wednesday when he arrived at the White House for meetings and a press conference with his US counterpart Donald Trump.

The reality-TV-star-turned-politician is embroiled in an impeachment scandal sparked by his attempt to re-start an investigation in Ukraine into Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden and his son.

There followed meetings behind closed doors and then, at 9pm Finnish time, a press conference featuring the two leaders. The assembled media wanted to quiz Trump on his impeachment difficulties, but Niinistö got to talk as well.

He said he’d discussed black carbon, which is one of the factors accelerating the melting of Arctic sea ice. Ilta-Sanomat noted that this is one of the few environmental policies it would be possible to secure agreement on, and lauded Niinistö’s selection of topics for the meeting.

The US press, meanwhile, were impressed by Niinistö’s speech lauding museums of African-American history, Native American history and then American democracy, after which he urged Trump to “keep it going on”.
