Strict security in court: asylum seekers accused of murdering 52-year-old

According to the prosecution, two Iraqi asylum seekers killed by brutal violence a local 52-year-old man one autumn night in Otanmäki. The men admitted that they kicked the victim and robbed him, but denied the manslaughter charges. Autopsy of the victim showed that he was also stabbed.
The eldest of the defendants admitted to the prosecutor’s indictment for aggravated manslaughter, but younger man also denied this. According to the younger man he had not used that kind of violence against the victim that would have caused the victim’s death. He had also not accepted the use of violence by his accomplice against the victim.
