Jeremy Corbyn wants to take Donald Trump to his local mosque

Hand of friendship: Jeremy Corbyn would invite Donald Trump to his local mosque
The Labour leader spoke out after 500,000 people – and his own minister – called for the ‘extremist’ right-winger to be blocked from Britain
Jeremy Corbyn has said Donald Trump should not be banned from Britain – because he’d rather take him to his local mosque.
The Labour leader spoke out after more than 500,000 people called for the ‘extremist’ right-winger to be blocked for saying no Muslims should be allowed into the US.
His own shadow home affairs minister, Jack Dromey, joined calls for a ban telling the Mirror the “dangerous fool” should not come “within 1,000 miles of our shores”.
But in an interview to mark his first 100 days as Labour leader, Mr Corbyn said a ban would not be the right answer.
