These people would be better suited to be held at an island off the coast of Italy and Greece until the fighting stops, then repatriated. Financially better able to help more people without it affecting the host countries in Europe.

In accordance with the Government Programme, Finland intends to maintain the number of quota refugees at least to the level of previous years. Orpo interprets the program entry, so that in subsequent years the number of quota refugees could be taken to drop this year from 1050 to 750 quota refugees.

Finland does not increase its refugee quota due to Greece and Italy

Asylum applicants cost of at least EUR 4.5 million.

Finland is not increasing its annual refugee quota as a result of the additional measures proposed by the EU Commission. According to the Government through the so-called emergency mechanism for asylum-seekers in Greece and Italy previous years refugee numbers are included. 750-1050 quota refugees are to be taken by Finland.

The Commission argues that Finland would take over two years nearly 800 asylum-seekers who arrive over the Mediterranean to Greece and Italy. The Interior Ministry estimates that of these applicants up to 75 per cent would be granted a residence permit.

The Grand Committee of the Parliament approved on Friday the government’s position that, in principle, internal transfers should be voluntary.

Italy and Greece are in a difficult situation, however, the EU Commission is planning the allocation of asylum seekers in Member States, and according to the interior minister Peter Orpon (Nat.), the it seems obvious that the majority of member states are willing to accept this.

Future Mediterranean Sea asylum seekers will have an economic impact on Finland, so we have in the coming years to reduce the number of quota refugees, Interior Minister, says the Ministry of Interior provisionally estimated that asylum seekers from Greece and Italy will cost Finland at least 4.5 million.

An excellent idea! Just supply them with food and shelter and leave them on an island completely to their own devices. What a treat for Swedich social engineers – a testbed that could show by example how islam creates the perfect society between harmoni0us muslims from several cultures and races. No need for the ‘immigrants’ to sully themselves by having to talk to infidels.

What??? You don’t think it would happen??

    You cynic, you islamophobe!!!
