NORWEGIAN LEFTIST RAG DAGBLADET PUBLISHES ANTI-SEMITIC / ANTI-ISRAEL SCREED…….

Over at Norway, Israel and the Jews, there is a full fisking of the horrid piece, which is nothing but non-stop anti-Semitic conspiratorial clap trap, which oddly enough, is deemed worthy for publishing on the Dagbladet’s op-ed column.

Ehud Olmert as a Nazi commander

Back in 2011, the very same paper printed  highly anti-Semitic cartoon by cartoonist Finn Graff, which was responded to by the Anti-Defamation League, B’nai B’rith, and Simon Wiesanthal Center:

[…] The cartoonist, Finn Graff, displayed disturbing ignorance both of the Holocaust and of Gaza. The rest of us know that there are no crematoria in Gaza. Israeli soldiers are not subjecting tens of thousands of Gazans to slave-labor as an exploitative method of murder. Nor are Israelis injecting Gazans with deadly viruses to conduct medical experiments. In fact, with Gilad Shalit’s release, there are no Israelis at all in Gaza. Yet, when asked why he made the comparison, Graff responded, “Because I think it fits.”

In response, we explained the inherent anti-Semitism of the Nazi comparison: to equate Israel with the Nazis is to brand Israel as evil and to call for its destruction. Its inclusion in the European Union’s working definition of anti-Semitism is widely accepted and fully justified. We appealed to the responsibility of the media not to spread anti-Semitism and explained the difference between responsible criticism of Israel and indiscriminate demonization.

Well this op-ed is rife with Nazi comparisons, which goes to beef up the Dagbladet’s anti-Semitic credentials. They haven’t learned a thing.

Do not sleep

Associations to Nazism is inevitable.

This was the title of Arnulf Øverlands apocalyptic poem (1937), about the Nazi march. Disabled, gays, Gypsies, Jews, Africans and others, lay thin way in its capacity as subhuman. More so not the font on the wall. British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain and Soviet leader Josef Stalin signed the non-aggression pact with Hitler. My Jewish uncle perished in Auschwitz.

The rest of the family salvaged over to Sweden. Why did not flee, he also, I wondered as a child. He did not think that it could be so bad, replied my mother. Man contempt is not past. Some believe it is taboo to compare Israeli policy of Nazism, but associations are inevitable when Netanyahu declares he will never accept a Palestinian state, but rather expand settlements is undermining the Palestinians’ livelihoods. His new Minister of Justice, Ayelet Shaked, believe that the enemy is all the Palestinian people. Older women Palestinian towns and villages, estates and infrastructure must also be disposed of, claims Shaked. They are well underway.

In the summer according to UN Israel assassinated 2257 Palestinians. 70% were civilians and 547 were children. In the winter cold malnourished children have died in the ruin mounds. The required cement to rebuild will not be released into the besieged area. On April 20 announced Middle East Monitor that Israeli planes sprayed toxic chemicals over vegetable crops in Gaza. Some experts have argued that it probably will not be livable in Gaza in 2020.

  1. One of the most horrendous of deeds is to compare Israel to the Nazis – it’s almost unforgivable. Calling Israel a rogue state or an apartheid state is one thing (and absolute lies) but to say that Israel is a Nazi state really makes my blood boil.
What an insult to Jews who suffered terribly in the concentration camps to compare their own state to a Nazi state.
    Disgusting!

    1. Thanks Softly Bob, I coiuldn’t have said it better myself, this is a front page post for the TT.
