Sweden is a classic example of a post-enlightement state, in which the concentration of political power in a highly centralized government (whose participants play by the rules of political consensus), is seen as an equalizing force for good as it imposes its will upon the people through many mechanisms at its disposal.
The ”iron triangle” of government/and its bureaucracy, media and the academy, systematically indoctrinates generations of Swedes into being pliable and compliant rubes or risk total financial ruin and societal ostracization. That is the Sweden Not-so-Albright is championing.

NOTE: American Leftists (traitors to the constitution) would simply love to exchange its melting pot ethic (and is presently embarked upon a course in doing just that) for the Swedish mulit-culti model. Identity politics is a crucial part of statist governance, keeping the people vying for this favor and that treat at the expense of other groups mirrors its approach to big business. Legislation crafted in the boardrooms of these businesses and pushed by these crony politicians, work not only against their competition, but by default the consumer as well, just like mass immigration does, and they’re all happy with the arrangement.
