That was the Palestinian woman Ahlam Tamimi who was later arrested and sentenced to 16 life terms.

In October 2011 were Arnold and Frimet another blow when Israel decided to release Tamimi. She was one of more than a thousand Palestinian prisoners were released in exchange for Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, who was kidnapped by Hamas and years was held.
Arnold and Frimet sought publicity and signed together with others objected to by the Israeli Supreme Court to prevent the release of Tamimi. In vain, Tamimi was a hero overtaken by Hamas in Gaza and flown to Cairo for a photo session with Hamas leader Khaled Mashal. Also in Jordan where she eventually lived, she received a heroes reception.
Later, Tamimi own program on Hamas television and made during the Third War Gaza rousing propaganda programs for Hamas.
Tamimi said before and after her arrest that she was proud of what she had done and that she was initially disappointed with the number of fatalities in the Sbarro attack.
On Dutch television showed a interview with Tamimi which she welcomed the number of children was killed in the attack (8).
