This is how I see it.
After reading the text of what she said, there is no excuse for advocating violence of anyone within Finland, none whatsoever. It’s what those of us in the anti-Islamization movement have long warned about if lawmakers continue to turn a deaf ear to their own people, such sentiment might see the light of day.
That said, it’s also inexcusable that the prosecuting attorney refer to sharia law as ”holy” and give it deference in a civil court case. Also, slang shouted by someone or even in written text, should never be grounds enough to bring charges against anyone, that’s pure stupidity, tyrannical and anti-free speech.
This is a mixed bag folks, Anu Palosaari was clearly in the wrong for advocating violence, (at least that’s how I read it) and her speaking highly of the Hitler regime, pure stupidity. The prosecuting attorney however, is guilty of advocating the murder of free speech, and being subservient to sharia law, which comes in as a close second in my opinion, right after Palosaari’s incitement to violence.

It may be then that the boys are nice for a short time. I do not understand why history can’t be learned from: the Third Reich, at least parts of the militarization of its society. You can take a model from that, how the job should be handled.”
Charges read for person from Tampere, for ethnic agitation, and breach of the sanctity of religion

A woman was read charges in the Pirkanmaa District Court on Thursday morning for incitement against an ethnic group , and for the breach of the sanctity of religion. The reason was for her numerous writings on her blog and on Facebook.
State Prosecutor Anu Mantila justified the charges due to the fact that the messages accused the people African origin and Muslims with the derogatory terms such as ” ählämi.” (TT: derogatory slang “ahlan wa-sahlan” – welcome).
According to the charges the writer also threatened Muslims with violence. On Facebook the accused wrote, among other things:
– I still think that transgressors in Stockholm should start being shot in earnest. Once you bring “civilization” to the Nordic countries, why not give them back some of that ”civilization”?
Probation time being sought
Charges for breaching the sanctity of religion is based on the violation of blog post published on 18.05.2013,. It deals with the Ayatollah Khomeini and Islam, accusing Khomeini of sexual child abuse.
According to the charges, the writing and the video linked in it is deemed by Islam and its sacred law to be libelous and defamatory.
Probation time for the author is being sought, or at least a substantial financial penalty.
The author herself calmly listened to the number of accusations and confessed to having written the texts.
– If the judgment comes , I will not complain, she commented briefly.
