There is indeed a hierarchy in culture.

Now when certain politicians make statements that ”differences in culture reason enough to reject certain immigrants residency in Finland”, all hell breaks loose with the media laying charges of racism and bigotry.

NOTE: Kudos to the prosecutor’s office for bucking the fake morality of the politically correct multi-culti crowd.

According to the prosecution, the children’s deprivation had lasted for more than a month and they had been taken from the living surroundings of Tampere, to a completely different cultural environment.

IRAQI FATHER FOUND GUILTY OF KIDNAPPING HIS FOUR CHILDREN BY FINNISH JUDGE 8.10.2013

IL: Tampere District Court sentenced the father of child abduction, multiple deprivation of liberty and extortion of the mother with ten months’ of conditional imprisonment. Justice did not accept the defense of the father’s appeal to children returning voluntarily. According to the justice dept, the father returned the children to Finland until weeks after contact by the Finnish authorities . The period of the 6-12 year old children living in Iraq, lasted more than a month.

In addition to the incarceration judgement, the father will have to pay each child damages of EUR 1500. The father was also sentenced to pay a compensation of EUR 3,000 to the mother and to pay court costs and license fees of more than 3600 euros.

The Iraki man who helped with the children’s transportation wasn’t sentenced.

Abduction took place in Tampere, Finland in the winter of 2012. The District Court gave judgment in the case at the end of September.

The father took his four children from their mother when she left for Germany to visit her mother, he brought the children to his own country. 12 -, 9 -, and two 6-years was transported from home in Tampere, Turku, assisted by his friend, which began the air travel to Iraq. The mother was granted sole custody of the children in 2006.
