Activists toss Molotov cocktails police station doors in Kerava
Finland: Central Uusimaa police office in Kerava was the center of a firebomb attack early Sunday morning. No one was injured.
“The fire was extinguished quickly, but it caused a darkening of the doors,” said Detective Chief Inspector Markku Tuominen.
Those behind the unusual attack announced it online, the “FAI – Informal Anarchist Federaation Northern Division.” Activist groups favor Takku.net, the forum on which the group published their manifesto said they threw a total of six bottles at the station. The message says that the anarchists aim was not to burn the building.
The group indicates its desire to work against the exploitation of “nature, wildlife, and life itself, and the police, who are at the forefront of the state machinery monitors and maintains it.”
