UPDATE ON ELISABETH SABADTISCH-WOLFF’S TRIAL………

The Tundra Tabloids’ good friend and colleague, Elisabeth will be soon facing the Austrian legal system for her role in arranging a couple of seminars where she informed a small, informal group about Islam. An activist journalist was there to capture Elisabeth in a “gotcha moment”, and forwarded eight hours of audio tapes, taken at these couple of sessions, to the authorities.
Elisabeth’s lawyer was refused an advanced copy of the tapes he requested in order to prepare his case based on the prosecution’s evidence. That’s how low the Austrian judicial system has sunk, denying the defense an advance copy of the evidence being presented in court that will be used against the defendant. Stunning. One would expect this kind of tomfoolery to take place in Saudi Arabia, but not in Europe, let alone Austria.

The Baron notes:

Elisabeth is using the seminar transcript to prepare a point-by-point rebuttal of the charges filed against her. She will demonstrate that her statements represent an accurate account of sharia as established through a consensus of the scholars of Islamic law. Reliance of the Traveller by al-Misri, the most authoritative treatise in the Shafi’ite School of Islamic Law, will be one of her primary sources.

The Tundra Tabloids will be keeping a close eye one what transpire during her trial, and filing reports on it throughout the trial and afterwards as news filters in through the TT’s back channels in the Counterjihad network.

To all of the TT’s readers who have donated to Elisabeth’s cause over the past month, a great amount of appreciation to you all, you have helped to make a difference. We are all in this together, who knows, the next person hauled into the magistrates office might be you  or I, it’s good to know that people are behind you, and that support can be drummed up to help out when needed, we are not alone.
