Ol’ Anjem Choudary the the Islamic gay pirate is interviewed as well!

Sky News offers an excellent hard hitting news report about how Islamic sharia courts are operating in the UK. Now if only more of the news media acted in the same responsible way, we would be getting somewhere, namely, informing the larger public about the dangers that sharia and the traditional reading of Islam pose to society, and that it’s backed by all the internationally recognized Islamic schools of jurisprudence. NOTE: Vlad Tepes reminds the TT about the German convert to Islam who reverted back to Christianity. Vlad is soon to have up the second half of that documentary, but he finds another vid of the same guy being interviewed on a German tv program about his experiences. Well worth the watch.

NOTE: Also worth mentioning, is that in the audience there is a scholar of Islam, who is called upon to give context to the narrative of Islam as a whole, whether it’s indeed a violent religion, or does it contain some elements of a peaceful nature. The “expert” trots out the most widely used and misquoted verse in the Koran to explain why Islam is such a religion of peace, Surah 5 verse 32:
“unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land, it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people.” Sa‘id bin Jubayr explains 5:32 this way: “He who allows himself to shed the blood of a Muslim, is like he who allows shedding the blood of all people. He who forbids shedding the blood of one Muslim, is like he who forbids shedding the blood of all people.”
To provide proper context to the preceding verse it’s necessary to read verse 33: “The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: that is their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the Hereafter.”
The only way to interprit that passage as it stands, is that the only people of value being mentioned, is not the whole of humanity, but only Muslims. The “kaffir”, or infidel, or better yet, the non-muslim, is not deemed of equal value and of worth, these are the people who are sowing mischief in the land, and are worthy of death. Killing a kaffir is a commenable deed in the eyes of Mohamed, the leader of the cult of death known as Islam.  KGS
