I suppose he says: can you tke pepol of iran = can you take people, i.e. does Finland give asylums.
Then he asks you to tell him, how to get an asylum in Finland, what kind is the procedure, does he need first to come to Finland, whom to contact etc,
I suppose the easiest way for you is, that you give him all the links where he can get all information needed.
You know a lot of Near East politics, refugees, diplomatics etc. Hope it´s easy for you to find out some finnish refugee/asylum-policies, too.
Just what Finland needs, another whining muslim.
He could be a desperate non-Muslim. Even good people (who are bad Muslims) can yearn to escape the theocratic nightmare and live in the nonviolent and mostly sane West.
