If Abbas personally flew a plane into the new World Trade Center, Obama would find some excuse to keep the money coming to his terrorist group anyway.
OBAMA STANDS WITH TERRORISTSAGAINST TERROR VICTIMS
“I’m 12 years old, I’m from New York, and I’m going to die.”
Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center, is a New York writer focusing on radical Islam.
When Obama took office, his first phone call to a foreign leader was to the head of a terrorist group.
“This is my first phone call to a foreign leader,” Obama told the PLO’s Abbas. “And I’m making it only hours after I took office.”
Obama repeatedly bent, twisted and mutilated existing laws to keep the money flowing to the PLO’s Palestinian Authority. When Hamas and the PLO temporarily reconciled, Obama sent them money anyway. When Congress froze aid after the PLO defied the peace process by trying to join the UN, he signed a waiver claiming that aiding the terrorist network was “important to the security interests of the United States.” Earlier this year, when the PLO went after Israel at the International Criminal Court, Obama defied a Congressional law and bipartisan demands mandating a cutoff of aid.
If Abbas personally flew a plane into the new World Trade Center, Obama would find some excuse to keep the money coming to his terrorist group anyway. But now his determination to aid terrorists has hit a new low as he sides with terrorists against terror victims.
Eleven years ago, ten families who had suffered at the hands of the Muslim terror network filed a lawsuit against the PLO, Arafat and assorted PLO/PA officials. The American families suing the terrorists included Jamie Sokolow whose eye was damaged by shrapnel in the Jaffa Street bombing that injured 100 people and killed a 81-year-old amateur painter who had been out shopping for painting supplies.
“I’m 12 years old, I’m from New York, and I’m going to die,” she recollected in court thirteen years later.
Obama is the gift that keeps on giving…..to the jihad.
Assailant in Garland, Texas, attack bought gun in 2010 under Fast and Furious operation
Garland, Texas, attack
In May, Nadir Soofi and Elton Simpson opened fire outside a Garland, Texas, contest for cartoons depicting the prophet Muhammad. Both were killed by police. It is unclear whether Soofi used the gun he bought five years ago in the assault.

Five years before he was shot to death in the failed terrorist attack in Garland, Texas, Nadir Soofi walked into a suburban Phoenix gun shop to buy a 9-millimeter pistol.
At the time, Lone Wolf Trading Co. was known among gun smugglers for selling illegal firearms. And with Soofi’s history of misdemeanor drug and assault charges, there was a chance his purchase might raise red flags in the federal screening process.
Inside the store, he fudged some facts on the form required of would-be gun buyers.
What Soofi could not have known was that Lone Wolf was at the center of a federal sting operation known as Fast and Furious, targeting Mexican drug lords and traffickers. The idea of the secret program was to allow Lone Wolf to sell illegal weapons to criminals and straw purchasers, and track the guns back to large smuggling networks and drug cartels.

Instead, federal agents lost track of the weapons and the operation became a fiasco, particularly after several of the missing guns were linked to shootings in Mexico and the 2010 killing of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry in Arizona.
Soofi’s attempt to buy a gun caught the attention of authorities, who slapped a seven-day hold on the transaction, according to his Feb. 24, 2010, firearms transaction record, which was reviewed by the Los Angeles Times. Then, for reasons that remain unclear, the hold was lifted after 24 hours, and Soofi got the 9-millimeter.
He should never been allowed to finish his first term, he should have been impeached.
‘I actually think I’m a pretty good president,’ says Obama as he makes claim he would win a THIRD term if legally allowed to run again
‘I actually think I’m a pretty good President,’ U.S. President Barack Obama said today, during remarks at the African Union in Ethiopia. ‘I think if I ran I could win. But I can’t’
- Obama made the prognostication while speaking before the African Union about law and order during his final day in Ethiopia
- Remarks came just as a poll was released showing that more Americans are pleased with the job he’s doing than those who are dissatisfied
- The president said he’s looking forward to returning to private life, though
President Barack Obama today predicted that he’d win a third election to the White House if he weren’t legally prohibited from running again.
Obama made the prognostication while speaking before the African Union about law and order in a democratic society during his final day in Ethiopia.
‘I actually think I’m a pretty good president,’ Obama said to laughter. ‘I think if I ran I could win. But I can’t.’
Obama’s war against Christianity.
Like FDR’s war on the Jews that allowed many to die in the Holocaust:
America not only refused their entry but even fired a warning shot to keep them away from Florida’s shores”. Legally the refugees could not enter the United States on tourist visas, as they had no return addresses. The U.S. had passed the Immigration Act of 1924 that restricted numbers of “new” immigrants from eastern and southern Europe.
U.S. STATE DEPT. BARS CHRISTIANS FROM TESTIFYING ABOUT PERSECUTION
As Christians were being terrorized by ISIS and other Muslims, the Obama administration tried to stifle them from exposing reality.

During the height of one of the most brutal months of Muslim persecution of Christians, the U.S. State Department exposed its double standards against persecuted Christian minorities.
Sister Diana, an influential Iraqi Christian leader, who was scheduled to visit the U.S. to advocate for persecuted Christians in the Mideast, was denied a visa by the U.S. State Department even though she had visited the U.S. before, most recently in 2012.
She was to be one of a delegation of religious leaders from Iraq — including Sunni, Shia and Yazidi, among others — to visit Washington, D.C., to describe the situation of their people. Every religious leader from this delegation to Washington D.C. was granted a visa — except for the only Christian representative, Sister Diana.
After this refusal became public, many Americans protested, some writing to their congressmen. Discussing the nun’s visa denial, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said:
This is an administration which never seems to find a good enough excuse to help Christians, but always finds an excuse to apologize for terrorists … I hope that as it gets attention that Secretary Kerry will reverse it. If he doesn’t, Congress has to investigate, and the person who made this decision ought to be fired.
The State Department eventually granted Sister Diana a visa.
Hard fisted tyranny.
Collecting more info on you than the IRS, and all for re-engineering the civil society to conform to his and other’s Leftist fantasies.
NOTE: Just imagine the media exploding over this, covering it 24/7 if Bush, Reagan or even Richard Nixon had ever dare try such a thing.
The granddaddy of them all is the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing database, which the Department of Housing and Urban Development rolled out earlier this month to racially balance the nation, ZIP code by ZIP code. It will map every US neighborhood by four racial groups — white, Asian, black or African-American, and Hispanic/Latino — and publish “geospatial data” pinpointing racial imbalances.
The agency proposes using nonwhite populations of 50% or higher as the threshold for classifying segregated areas.
A key part of President Obama’s legacy will be the fed’s unprecedented collection of sensitive data on Americans by race. The government is prying into our most personal information at the most local levels, all for the purpose of “racial and economic justice.”
Unbeknown to most Americans, Obama’s racial bean counters are furiously mining data on their health, home loans, credit cards, places of work, neighborhoods, even how their kids are disciplined in school — all to document “inequalities” between minorities and whites.
This Orwellian-style stockpile of statistics includes a vast and permanent network of discrimination databases, which Obama already is using to make “disparate impact” cases against: banks that don’t make enough prime loans to minorities; schools that suspend too many blacks; cities that don’t offer enough Section 8 and other low-income housing for minorities; and employers who turn down African-Americans for jobs due to criminal backgrounds.
Big Brother Barack wants the databases operational before he leaves office, and much of the data in them will be posted online.
So civil-rights attorneys and urban activist groups will be able to exploit them to show patterns of “racial disparities” and “segregation,” even if no other evidence of discrimination exists.

I agree that Pollard should be released, he has more than paid the penalty for what he was convicted for, but this shouldn’t be a cause for changing heart on a disastrous nuke deal, the importance of the existence of Israel far outweighs any one single individual. Hopefully he’s released, and the firm demands for a rejection of the Iranian nuke deal remains.
U.S. Preparing to Release Convicted Israeli Spy Jonathan Pollard, Officials Say
Some administration officials hope freeing spy may smooth relations with Israel after Iran nuclear deal
The Obama administration is preparing to release convicted Israeli spy Jonathan Pollardfrom prison, according to U.S. officials, some of whom hope the move will smooth relations with Israel in the wake of the Iran nuclear deal.
Such a decision would end a decadeslong fight over Mr. Pollard, who was arrested on charges of spying for Israel in 1985 and later sentenced to life in prison. The case has long been a source of tension between the U.S. and Israel, which has argued that a life sentence for spying on behalf of a close U.S. partner is too harsh. Israel has for years sought Mr. Pollard’s early release, only to be rejected by the U.S.
Now, some U.S. officials are pushing for Mr. Pollard’s release in a matter of weeks. Others expect it could take months, possibly until his parole consideration date in November.
A parole hearing for Mr. Pollard was held in early July. Mr. Pollard’s lawyer, Eliot Lauer, said he hasn’t heard from the parole commission “and I would expect that either I or my client would be the ones who would be notified.’’ That hearing would have been the moment for the U.S. to object to Mr. Pollard’s pending release. Mr. Lauer wouldn’t say if the government raised objections.
Some U.S. officials strongly denied Friday there was any link between the Iran deal and Mr. Pollard’s prospective release, saying that any decision would be made by the U.S. Parole Commission.
A White House spokesman referred questions to the Justice Department, where a spokesman declined to comment on a matter which may be before the Parole Commission.
Mark Regev, spokesman for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, declined to comment.
No Obama, you and your operatives took advantage of your positions to target your political opposition, which pales in comparison to what Richard M. Nixon did, and if not for the loyal media that you regular count on, and keep in check, your butt would have been impeached long ago.
NOTE: Having a bunch of feckless GOP’ers who are easily taunted and intimidated was an added buffer to your justified impeachment. Also, John Stewart is a fraud, Obama lackey.
Obama defends IRS, says tea party targeting didn’t happen
The IRS‘ internal auditor concluded that the agency did, in fact, target conservative and tea party groups for intrusive scrutiny, and Mr. Obama’s own Justice Department is still conducting a criminal investigation into the targeting.
Mr. Obama, though, disputed that version Tuesday, according to the pool reporter traveling with the president.
The president went on to say that the “real scandal around the IRS is that they have been so poorly funded that they cannot go after these folks who are deliberately avoiding tax payments.”
The tyrant has spoken.
This whole farce is the result of the U.S. Senate abdicating it’s constitutional role of treaty approving or rejecting treaties. No singular person (the president) can enter into treaties all by himself, the consent of the senate is paramount.
Omri Ceren: Yesterday the Obama administration confirmed that it intends to ice Congress out of having a voice on the Iran deal by going to the United Nations. This scenario is specifically what the Corker legislation was designed to block: it was a reaction to repeated boasts from Iranian FM Zarif where he bragged that the United Nations would force Congress to drop sanctions whether it wants to or not. The President then signed that legislation, but is going to the U.N. to do an end-run around Congress anyway.
This is going about as well as you’d expect. To give you a taste of the last 36 hours of DC-based coverage:
Senators balk at UN action on Iran — The Hill
Congress balks at Obama’s UN move on Iran deal — Politico
Congress Leaders Ask White House To Delay UN Vote on Iran Deal — JTA
Obama Turns to U.N. to Outmaneuver Congress: Washington is working on a new Security Council resolution making the nuclear deal legally binding on the next president
Obama’s U.N. plan backfires in Congress — Washington Examiner
And then there’s this from Iran’s state-controlled media:
GOP senator urges Obama to delay UN vote on Iran until Congress review — PressTV (!!)
The framing is interesting. It casts the battle as “Republicans vs. Democrats” as opposed to “Congress vs. Obama.” It’s also false. Democratic Whip Steny Hoyer just sent the following around to half of Washington DC:
Hoyer: U.N. Security Council Vote Should Wait for Congressional Review Period
For Immediate Release: July 17, 2015
Contact: Mariel Saez 202-225-3130
WASHINGTON, DC – House Democratic Whip Steny H. Hoyer (MD) released the following statement today in support of the letter by Senators Cardin and Corker urging President Obama to delay the U.N. Security Council’s vote on the Iran deal until after Congress has reviewed the agreement: “I agree with Senators Cardin and Corker that the U.N. Security Council should wait to move ahead with a resolution implementing parts of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action until after Congress has completed its review of the agreement with Iran. I believe that waiting to go to the United Nations until such time as Congress has acted would be consistent with the intent and substance of the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act.”
TT: Steny Hoyer (lower house), and the rest of the numbskulls of the senate have their thumbprints all over this, they refused to act like they should have, and treated the agreement as a treaty, then voted up or down on it, instead, they all played along with Obama and now yell fire after repeated calls by others (like radio host and constitutional scholar Mark Levin) that they were gutting their own institution, handing their own constitutional power over to the presidency. Obama can’t call a treaty (an official agreement with a foreign power) by another name to skirt the constitution, but that is exactly what he’s done in the face of a feckless, moronic senate.
Every once in awhile someone in the media dares to ask a hard question.
It’s hard to sell something so inept, dangerous and loser of a deal (for the US and the free world), it’s no wonder Obama has tried to steer clear of press conferences.
The president went on to lecture Garrett and the rest of the reporters about why the American hostages were not made a part of the deal. The reason he gave was that if the hostages were made a part of the deal, then the Iranians would want to add their own issues to the deal. There’s one problem – the Iranians did add non-nuclear aspects to the deal.
In Perhaps Worst Showing Ever, Obama Fumbles Through Iran Deal Pitch
After the thunderstorm of criticism launched almost immediately after the Iran deal was announced on Tuesday, July 14, President Barack Obama held a press conference the next day, in an effort to quell the storm and sell the deal.
It did not really work.
For one thing, after a brief, assertive pitch in which Obama relayed “yesterday’s historic, comprehensive” deal, accomplished with “our allies…and partners” – more on that word* below – the deal “cuts off all pathways to Iran’s nuclear weapons program.” The president reiterated the same points he made at the press conference announcing the deal, and then he opened it up to selected media representatives for questions.
The first journalist called on, Andrew Beatty of the AFP, asked whether the deal would lead to a more moderate Tehran. The president then did something incredibly odd.
He started over.
Obama said he was sure Beatty would forgive him, but he just wanted to tell everyone…and then he launched into another, fuller version of his just-completed – we thought – sales pitch.
The twittersphere exploded with comments, many wondering if something happened to their news feeds.
After about ten minutes of grinding away at the same points he made the day before and even just moments before, the president seemed to remember he was in the middle of a press conference and had already begun allowing questions.
The answers to the questions posed were simply replays of his Iran deal talking points – no surprise, that’s why he was holding the press conference.
But then everyone tuned in to watch the press conference, and everyone in the briefing room, watched as the president revealed his fury at a journalist who dared to do his job and ask a tough, pointed question.
The question came from Major (that’s his first name) Garret, from CBS. Garrett pulled himself up, shoulders back, and asked about the American hostages being held in Iran. Obama did not like it. Not one bit.
Here’s the question: “As you well know, there are four Americans in Iran, three held on trumped-up charges, according to your administration, one whereabouts unknown. … Can you tell the country, sir, why you are content with all the fanfare around this deal to leave the conscience of this nation, the strength of this nation unaccounted for in relation to these four Americans?”
“Content?” Obama spat out, while fixing Garrett in his steely gaze. Obama than incredulously restated Garret’s question as if it were why he was out celebrating the deal while American hostages were still being held.
Should have we expected anything different from him?
EX-COCAINE USER OBAMA JUSTPARDONED A BUNCH OF COKE DEALERS
Cocaine, it’s a hell of a drug.
Obama just set this guy free. And a whole bunch of his friends.
Cocaine, it’s a hell of a drug. And Obama, who wrote of using it in the past, still seems to have a soft spot for its dealers even though he no longer imbibes. His “pardons” mainly focus on cocaine dealers.
Of his 46 pardons, 41 involved cocaine. Despite the lefty obsession with racial inequality in crack cocaine sentencing, only a minority of the pardons involved crack cocaine. Crack was not Obama’s drug of choice. But just to be fair, he did pardon this fine citizen who got into both meth and cocaine.

So much for the non-violent offenders. But anyone moving sizable amounts of drugs is by definition violent.

Obama has nothing to say about this…….
But plenty to say about this…..
Gohmert Reads to Congress from Greenfield Article on Islamic Racism
The hypocrisy of censoring Dukes of Hazzard while opening door to Islamic racism.
When Obama condemned Christianity for the Crusades, only a thousand years too late, in attendance was the Foreign Minister of Sudan; a country that practices slavery and genocide. Obama could have taken time out from his rigorous denunciation of the Middle Ages to speak truth to the emissary of a Muslim Brotherhood regime whose leader is wanted by the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity. But our moral liberals spend too much time romanticizing actual slaver cultures.
It’s a lot easier for Obama to get in his million dollar Cadillac with its 5-inch thick bulletproof windows, a ride Boss Hogg could only envy, and chase down a couple of good ole boys than it is to condemn a culture that committed genocide in our own time, not in 1099, and that keeps slaves today, not in 1815.
Even while the Duke boys were being chased through Georgia, Obama appeared at an Iftar dinner; an event at which Muslims emulate Mohammed, who had more slaves than Robert E. Lee. There are no slaves in Arlington House today, but in the heartlands of Islam, from Saudi mansions to ISIS dungeons, there are still slaves, laboring, beaten, bought, sold, raped and disposed of in Mohammed’s name.
Slavery does not exist under the Confederate flag eagerly being pulled down. It does exist under the black and green flags of Islam rising over mosques in Iraq, Saudi Arabia and America today.
In our incredibly tolerant culture, it has become politically incorrect to watch the General Lee jump a fence or a barn, but paying tribute to the culture that sent the slaves here and that still practices slavery is the culturally sensitive thing to do. In 2015, slavery is no longer freedom, but it certainly is tolerance.
Coming from a street-organizer-in-chief, himself, inculcated with a dangerous ideology called cultural marxism which is focused on ”hating whitey”. We need new leaders (ones that love their country) fast.
The defeated Fascist Axis powers of Germany, Japan and Italy proves him wrong, as well as the continued resurgence of Marxist socialism which has never been thoroughly discredited (bombed into submission) like fascism has been.
Obama on ISIS Threat: “Ideologies Are Not Defeated With Guns, They Are Defeated By Better Ideas”
After consulting with military leaders at the Pentagon this afternoon President Obama held a press conference on the growing threat of ISIS. President Obama declared the United States “will never be at war with Islam.” Obama also said, “ideologies are not defeated with guns but better ideas.”
“We’ll constantly reaffirm through words and deeds that we will never be at war with Islam,” President Obama said Monday afternoon. “We are fighting terrorists who distort islam and its victims are mostly Muslims.”
“This challenge of countering violent extremism is not simply a military effort,” the president said. “Ideologies are not defeated with guns but better ideas and more attracting and more compelling vision.”

Iran violates core interim agreement requirement — US official tells journalists that admin still “satisfied” with Iranian compliance
Iran is obligated by the interim JPOA to do two things by the end of every 6 months: (1) get rid of any UF6 it has enriched above a total stockpile is 7,650kg (this is the “hexafluoride cap”) (2) get rid of that excess UF6 in a very specific way: by turning it into uranium dioxide powder (this is the “oxidation requirement”). The oxidation requirement was written into the JPOA because other methods of getting rid of enriched gas aren’t as proliferation resistant. When the JPOA was extended last summer, this was how Kerry described it: “Iran has committed to take further nuclear-related steps in the next four months… [t]hese include a continued cap on the amount of 5 percent enriched uranium hexafluoride and a commitment to convert any material over that amount into oxide.” [a]
Sanger and Broad reported at the beginning of June that Iran had enriched too much gas to hit their targets by June 30 [b]. That triggered a full week of administration pushback, but State spokespeople never quite got the argument: they thought it was about the hexafluoride cap not the oxidation requirement. The Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS) tried during the week to explain the difference but to no avail [c]. On day 4 of press briefings on the subject Senior Advisor for Strategic Communications Marie Harf was still asserting that the Iranians would be in compliance with the JPOA because they’d decrease their hexafluoride [d]. When reporters clarified they wanted answers about the Iranians refusing to oxidize she said – falsely – “I don’t think we’ve seen any evidence that they are converting it more slowly.” When reporters subsequently informed her that – in fact – the Iranians had stopped oxidizing in November 2014, she promised to look into it.
Today the IAEA published a report confirming the Iranians have met the hexafluoride cap but didn’t meet the oxidation requirement. That would put them in violation of the JPOA, except the administration has declared that it’s not a violation because the Iranians did something that wasn’t what they were supposed to do, but was OK anyway. The full story is pasted below, but here’s the key part:
However, the report indicated that only several hundred pounds of the oxide that is the end product had been made. A U.S. official told The Associated Press the rest of the enriched uranium in the pipeline has been transformed into another form of the oxide that would be even more difficult to reconvert into enriched uranium. The official said that technical problems by Iran had slowed the process but the United States was satisfied that Iran had met its commitments to reduce the amount of enriched uranium it has stored.
A few reasons this is a huge deal:
— The Obama administration is already playing Tehran’s lawyer and explaining away Iranian cheating – They’re letting the Iranians pick and choose which parts of the agreement they want to comply with. Then they’re working to justify it. As another part of the AP article notes: “Violations by Iran would complicate the Obama administration’s battle to persuade congressional opponents and other skeptics.” So they have to either ignore or spin.
— Even worse, the administration appears to be politicizing the reporting process so as to better spin away the cheating away – It’s not just that the administration is saying that the Iranians cheated but it doesn’t count. They’re also fiating that Iran complied with the JPOA as a legal matter, even though Iran didn’t.
— The Iranians flat out cheated; again – It’s not the first time they cheated (they’ve busted through the JPOA’s oil export caps every month and they injected gas into an advanced centrifuge). It’s not even the first time that the administration tried to sandbag the press corps on the cheating by saying “wait and see; this is just a normal fluctuation; they’ll hit their target” (that was the State Department’s argument about oil export caps for months). But nonetheless the administration keeps telling lawmakers that the Iranians can be trusted to meet their final deal obligations, because they met their interim deal obligations. No they didn’t.
— The esoteric technical fixes that were built into the interim JPOA – and which are being built into the final JCPOA – failed – The oxidation condition was always a too-cute-by-half mechanism to let the Iranians keep enriching (their red line) while ostensibly keeping their program frozen (the administration talking point). But the final JCPOA is built on similar esoteric technical fixes, which were similarly designed to placate the Iranians. When administration officials go to the Hill to brag about the “science” behind the 1 year breakout timeline – which they insist they can achieve despite giving into Iran’s demand to spin thousands of centrifuges – that’s what they’re talking about. The evidence now suggests that the Iranians can’t or won’t implement such fixes.
You can take the community organizer (radical leftist malcontent and miscreant) off the street and into the White House, but you can’t take the cemented anti-US and anti-Israel hatred out of the community organizer.
President Barack Obama hosted two radical anti-Israel activists, Riham Osman and Batoul Abuharb of Houston, Texas, on Tuesday night. They both had the honor of sitting at Mr. Obama’s exclusive “President’s Table” at the annual White House Iftar dinner. Both have publicly stated that they consider Israel and its leadership to be sponsors of terroristic acts.
Looking in the wrong direction.
It’s not guns that are the problem, it’s the media which pimps these perps in a seemingly endless 24/7 news loop which has an adverse affect in highlighting these atrocities. It’s also a fact that if more law abiding citizens arm themselves, the number of gun related homicides would reduce, especially in the areas where it is known that people have weapons.
Sad but true, the national hype over these homicidal maniacs is what drives others (with dreams of immortality) to commit violent acts of multiple murder to massage their extremist narcissism. Norway’s Breivik is a case in point. Violating Second amendment rights to bear arms will not stop these crimes, the media will still be 24/7 looping their deeds, which will be inciting other mental cases to commit these same acts time and again.
OBAMA: GUNS PART OF ‘A LEGITIMATE SET OF TRADITIONS’ THAT NEED ‘COMMON SENSE’ CONTROLS
On June 19, President Barack Obama gave an interview to WTF with Marc Maron in which he described guns as part of “a legitimate set of traditions” that need to be subject to “common sense” controls.
At the same time, he cited the NRA’s “grip” on Congress and “public apathy” as two major hindrances to securing those controls.
According to Reuters, Obama told Marc Maron that “guns are an important part of many Americans’ heritage.” He then said:
It’s part of how they grew up, part of the bonding they had with their dad. The question is just: is there a way of accommodating that legitimate set of traditions with some common-sense stuff that prevents a 21-year-old who is angry about something or confused about something or is racist or is deranged from going into a gun store.
The last part of that statement relates to CNN report that alleged gunman Dylann Roof bought his gun at gun store in Charleston in April. Ironically, this means he passed a background check–the very background check that has been the cornerstone of the “common sense” gun control push undertaken by Obama, Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV), Gabby Giffords, Moms Demand Action, Everytown for Gun Safety, and Sandy Hook Promise since December 2012.
NOTE: The notion of a free society is in direct contradiction to utopianism (or which the latter can’t be achieved in any society).
Irony has come to symbolize the entirety of the Obama presidency.
LITTLEJOHN: Did Michelle Obama not see the irony in delivering a speech on female emancipation to a school full of girls in headscarves in the Islamic Republic of Tower Hamlets? (And is this the face Britain wants to show the world?)
If the Department for Education intended to showcase our new, rigorously enforced State religion, ‘Celebrating Diversity’, they couldn’t have chosen a worse example, writes RICHARD LITTLEJOHN (inset). The Mulberry School for Girls, in Tower Hamlets, where Michelle Obama delivered her speech on education (pictured), is probably one of the least diverse schools in Britain.
More than 90 per cent of the pupils are Muslim, from a predominantly Bangladeshi background. Meanwhile, there are 270 different nationalities living in London and most playgrounds look like a United Colors of Benetton advert. So why choose one where the pupils are all wearing identical, ultra-religious uniforms? Is this really the image of Britain we wish to project around the globe? More here.
As he does with Israel-
FORMER ISRAELI AMBASSADOR: OBAMA HAS A PROBLEM–WITH AMERICA
The most explosive passage in Michael Oren’s new book on the frayed U.S.-Israel relationship is not about President Barack Obama’s repeated fights with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Rather, it is about Obama himself.
Struggling to understand how Obama–who has genuine empathy for Israel, Oren says–could adopt policies and postures so hostile to the Jewish state, Oren turns to Obama’s first memoir, Dreams from My Father.
What he reads shocks him:
More alarming for me still were Obama’s attitudes towards America. Vainly, I scoured Dreams from My Father for some expression of reverence, even respect, for the country its author would someday lead. Instead, the book criticizes Americans for their capitalism and consumer culture, for despoiling their environment and maintaining antiquated power structures. Traveling abroad, they exhibited “ignorance and arrogance”–the very shortcomings the president’s critics assigned to him.
Speaking to Breitbart News last week, Oren recalled his impressions of Dreams. Obama said “nothing good about America” in his memoir, Oren says. Here was a man “without a word of praise or gratitude to America”–and yet “no one was listening” to what Obama truly believed.
“That said a lot to me about where America was” when Obama was elected, Oren recalls.
Because Obama hasn’t any problems with this type of IslamoNazis.
Obama Has Remorse for Morsi
President Barack Obama is “deeply troubled” over yesterday’s death sentence to former Egyptian president Mohammed Morsi, who led the Muslim Brotherhood’s violent rebellion against Hosni Mubarak and then wears thrown out of office for the same crimes as his predecessor.
White House spokesman Josh Earnest said:
We are deeply troubled by the politically motivated sentences that have been handed down against former president Morsi and several others by an Egyptian court today. The United States has repeatedly raised concerns about the detention and sentencing of a variety of political figures in Egypt. We are concerned that proceedings have been conducted in a way that is not only contrary to universal values but also damaging to stability that all Egyptians deserve.
The death sentence actually was a confirmation of the same ruling previously delivered by an Egyptian court, which re-affirmed it Tuesday after its approval by the Grand Mufti. Morsi will appeal the ruling.
Morsi was convicted for murder and kidnapping during a massive jailbreak he helped organize in the uprising against Hosni Mubarak in 2011. He also was sentenced on Tuesday to 25 years in jail, which is considered “life” in the Egyptian courts, for espionage.
Mubarak was a ruthless autocrat who maintained stability with the usual Middle East Arab anti-democratic rule.
