CENSORED: YouTube Uses Anti-ISIS Policy to Pull CounterJihad Video. Watch it here.

A “hate speech” policy developed to counter the Islamic State’s murderous propaganda is now being used to silence critics of radical Islamic terror.

BY CounterJihad · @CounterjihadUS | July 6, 2016

On Thursday of last week, this site published a video on its YouTube channel.  As of yesterday, YouTube has pulled that video declaring it a violation of its “hate speech” policy.  The irony is that the video was appreciated by Muslim reformers such as CounterJihad’s own Shireen Qudosi, who pointed out that to reformers like her it was actually helpful speech.

We spoke with Jim Hanson, Executive Vice President of the Center for Security Policy and the official in charge of the video’s production.  “I am stunned,” he said, “that the policy that YouTube developed for the express purpose of fighting Islamic State propaganda is now being used to silence critics of radical jihad.”  He pointed out that this means that supporters of groups like the Islamic State (ISIS) have managed to turn YouTube’s own policies against it.  “Instead of counteracting radical propaganda online,” Hanson said, “these policies are now being used to silence the very speech that YouTube said it wanted — speech that challenges ISIS.”

Hanson appears to be correct that YouTube initially developed its policies with countering ISIS in mind.  In an article in the Huffington PostJaweed Kaleem interviewed a number of content producers that YouTube had specifically contacted in order to generate content that would overwhelm ISIS with alternative viewpoints.

MUST-WATCH-AND-SHARE VIDEO: American Bikers United Against Jihad (ABUAJ) goes to Islamberg, a jihadist compound in upstate New York and home/headquarters to the “Muslims of the Americas” (a.k.a. “Soldiers of Allah”).

Lets all hope that Dr.Andrew Bostom, the premier scholar and historian on classical Islamic anti-Semitism and jihad, is invited to attend this time as well.

The Iowa National Security Action Summit this Saturday is expected to feature experts and leaders who will address the need to defeat jihad, border security, and the hollowing out of the U.S. military, among other topics, according to the organization hosting the event.

Frank Gaffney, Jr., the president of the Center for Security Policy, spoke to Breitbart News about what to expect from the conference, which is hosted by his organization in partnership with The FAMiLY LEADER Foundation and High Frontier.

The May 16 conference is the second National Security Action Summit hosted by Gaffney’s organization.

On March 14, Gaffney’s group hosted a conference in South Carolina that drew hundreds of participants as well as preeminent national security experts, senior federal officials, and individuals seeking to lead the nation.

“The national security action summits are issues forums designed to educate the public and their representatives about the critical security challenges we face and the imperative of addressing them decisively,” Gaffney told Breitbart News.

“They showcase the necessity of: defeating the global jihad movement and its ideology of shariah; securing our borders and fixing our dysfunctional immigration system; rebuilding America’s military; and securing America’s electric grid,” he continued.

The summits are aimed at “equipping and empowering state and local representatives and their constituents to engage constructively in the national security debate,” later added Gaffney.

Reclaim Australia: Anti-Islam rallies provoke fear in Muslim community

Randa Kattan, CEO of Arab Council Australia, warned such “racist” type of events could quickly spiral out of control.

“In terms of numbers they might be insignificant, but in terms of damage, it is significant,” she told the Guardian.

She called the protesters “squeaky wheels grabbing attention,” but was careful not to underestimate such groups for attracting interest to their cause.

The ‘Reclaim Australia’ protests on Saturday were held in 16 cities and towns nationwide, attracting hundreds of demonstrators, who said they are against the imposition of Sharia law, and the wave of multiculturalism that has swept the country.

However, the anti-Islam protesters met stiff opposition from the left-wing umbrella group ‘No Room for Racism.’ Tensions peaked in central Melbourne, where police struggled to keep anti-Islam and anti-racism protesters separated. Medical officials said four people were treated for minor injuries, while police spokeswoman Belinda Betty said two men and a woman were arrested following the violence.

New Orleans Student Group Launches Petition to Divest From Palestinian Authority

MARCH 24, 2015 5:46 PM A group of students at the University of New Orleans has launched an initiative to both combat the Boycott, Sanctions and Divestment (BDS) movement against Israel and call on the U.S. government to stop funding the Palestinian Authority (PA).

The “Allies of Israel” group, which calls itself a “grassroots college organization dedicated to the promotion of the Jewish state of Israel as a sovereign nation rooted in Jewish principles, and serving as a haven for Jews all over the globe,” issued a petition intended “to raise awareness about the human rights abuses perpetrated by the Palestinian Authority against the Palestinians and Israelis in the West Bank; to call for accountability in the foreign aid given to the Palestinian Authority and ensure it is not used to persecute Palestinians or Israelis.”

The campaign was organized by pro-Israel student activist Chloe Valdary, who told the Haym Salomon Center that “in order to give expression to the Jewish struggle for freedom, my organization ‘Allies of Israel’ has launched a campaign to symbolically divest from the Palestinian Authority.”

“Because we understand many Palestinians are employed by the PA, we do not wish to literally pull off the shelves products which are produced by the PA,” Valdary said. “However, we do seek to stand in solidarity with our Palestinian brothers and sisters who are imprisoned and persecuted by the PA. This includes Palestinian women, gays, religious minorities and political dissidents. In addition, we stand in solidarity with Jews in Israel and around the world and call upon the PA to cease sponsoring, financing, and/or encouraging the lynching of Jews and the segregation of Jews from areas that are currently off limits to Jews in Israel.”

Mohamed slaughters-Banu-Qurayza-Jewish-Tribe

If Mohamed was alive today, who would he be following, if not leading himself, the Zuhdi Jasser’s of the world (a relative minute cadre of the delusional) or Al-Baghdadi of the Islamic State? The jihadis in the Islamic State / al-Qaida / al-Nusra without a doubt.

Just as it required endless apologetics (lies) to maintain the fiction of “normal” Communism, so, too, does it require endless apologetics (lies) to maintain the fiction of “normal” or “moderate” Islam. According to all of Islam’s authoritative texts, according to the example of Islam’s prophet, this “moderate” creed does not Islamically exist.
To turn the notion around, as Lars recently reminded me, when the brave and splendid ex-Muslim Wafa Sultan was asked several years ago to distinguish between “Islam” vs. “Islamism” at a Copenhagen conference, she brought the airy theory back to earth by asking: Based on your definition of Islamism, was Mohammed a Muslim or an “Islamist”?

Notes from a Defeat Jihad Summit

diana csp summitEarlier this week, I participated in the Center for Security Policy’s Defeat Jihad Summit.

I find that the several hours of speeches and discussion have distilled into some salient recollections and comments.

1) There remains a chasm between American “messaging” and that of some of our European friends who were invited to speak, including the Netherlands’ Geert Wilders, who contributed a taped message, and Lars Hedegaard, who addressed the conference via Skype from Denmark.

American participants in the main demand, even a little truculently, that we now, finally, break the bonds of “political correctness” and speak frankly about “radical Islam,” “Islamism,” “ideas of ISIS,” etc.

Wilders, whose Party for Freedom is No. 1 in the Dutch polls, and Dispatch International editor Hedegaard both speak, and have always spoken about “Islam” — pure and very simple.

Indeed, Wilders has encapsulated everything you need to know about Islam and the West thus: “The more Islam there is in a society, the less freedom there is.”

Not “Islamism.”

This difference is more than semantic.

The primary mechanism of control that Islam exerts over people is Islamic slander law, Islamic blasphemy law. This is the institutional means by which Islam protects itself against criticism, even objective facts about Islam that might be construed critically. The penalty is death. Not for nothing did Yusef Qaradawi state that Islam wouldn’t even exist without the death penalty for “apostasy.” We have seen innumerable instances, particularly since the 1989 publication of Salman Rushdie’sSatanic Verses, where Muslims have executed, or tried to execute this death sentence even against non-Muslims, from Europe to Japan, in efforts to extend the rule of Islam.

When American lawmakers, generals and security experts omit “Islam” from their debates and war councils, focusing instead on what they have dubbed “radical Islam,” “Islamism” and the like, they are succombing to this same control mechanism. They are protecting Islam. They are themselves sheltering Islam against the cold light of analysis. By extension, they are also preventing their own Western societies from devising means of defense against Islamization. They are accepting and carrying out what is probably the most important Islamic law.

There is concrete danger in this. Unless we can come to an understanding that it is the teachings of Islam — not the teachings of some peculiar strain called “Islamism,” or of an organization such as the Muslim Brotherhood or ISIS — that directly undermine our constitutional liberties, we cannnot protect our way of life from these teachings, whose popularity grows with the increasing Islamic demographic. This is what the advanced Islamization of Europe shows us. A nominally sensible US immigration policy would immediately halt Islamic immigration to prevent a sharia-demographic from gaining more critical mass in the USA, democratically.

Then again, we don’t have a national border, much less a sensible immigration policy. That means many of these questions are moot.

2) Still, it bears noting: The Left has responded to the current cycle of Islamic jihad — a recurring blight on civilization, as Andrew Bostom’s Legacy of Jihad amply documents — by inventing a foe called “violent extremism.” The Right, scoffing at this euphemism, “pinpoints” the threat of “radical Islamism.”

What is the difference? Ultimately, I see none. Both terms protect Islam. Warning against the dangers of “radical Islam” implies that there exists some “normal Islam” that is completely compatible, perhaps even interchangeable, with Christianity and Judaism. Indeed, this ongoing effort to normalize Islam is equally as dangerous as the institutional efforts that long ago “normalized” Communism. This officially began when FDR “normalized” relations with the wholly abnormal Soviet regime in 1933, a morally odious event whose horrific repercussions are treated at length in American Betrayal.

Internet giants discuss jihad over dinner with EU ministers

TODAY @ 14:59

BRUSSELS – High ranking officials from Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Microsoft met with EU interior ministers and the European Commission at a private dinner in Luxembourg to discuss ways to counter online jihadist propaganda.

The following morning, on Thursday (9 October), EU commissioner for home affairs Cecilia Malmstrom said the Internet firms explained how they co-ordinate efforts to stop the Islamic State (IS) from uploading decapitation videos.

“It was especially them who spoke and how they worked, the ministers asked them questions, and we discussed about the possibilities of training,” she said.

Malmstrom backed away from proposing any new laws to counter the IS threat, noting that existing instruments, such as the EU’s radicalisation awareness network (RAN), are enough.

A hero gone, but not forgotten.

If Ahmed Rajib lived in the West, the media would smearing him as a racist and Islamofauxbe, as well as hinting that ”he had it coming”. Being against the fundamentals of Islam is enough to earn you the ”iron triangle’s scorn (political self anointed elite, media and academia), and in the Muslim world, a death sentence.

Anti-Islamist blogger killed in Bangladesh

A Bangladesh blogger has been killed after he played a large role in organizing big anti-Islamist protests in Dhaka

AFP , Saturday 16 Feb 2013

A blogger who had been critical of Bangladesh’s Islamist groups was killed in the capital late Friday, police said, a day after he attended a big rally against leaders of the country’s largest Islamic party.

Protests championed by the country’s bloggers have seen thousands of people take to the streets demanding the execution of leaders of the Jamaat-e-Islami party who are under trial for war crimes. Clashes between police and Islamist protesters demanding the trials be halted have also rocked the capital.

Police found the body of Ahmed Rajib, 35 — better known by his online identity Thaba Baba — near his home in Dhaka’s Pallabi suburb, with his head hacked apart with a machete.

“We recovered the machete. It is clear the attacker wanted to murder him. They did not touch his laptop or other valuable objects,” police official Sheikh Motiur Rahman told AFP.

Police have not commented on a possible motive for the killing, but Rahman, citing Rajib’s relatives, said the blogger played a large role in organising the anti-Islamist protests.

These ‘vandals’ are (forcibly) getting Muslims to do something that they would never agree to do willingly themselves, the removal of offensive verses from the Koran! At last, REMOVAL of offensive verses, but unfortunately it’s only from the front door of their mosque. KGS

NOTE: The latest Koranic verse to be removed by the Muslims: (Quran 5:51-52)

“O believers, do not take the Jews and the Christians as your friends and protectors, they are friends of each other. And whoever makes them a friend then he is from amongst them. Verily God does not guide the unjust people. And you will see that those (Muslims) in whose hearts is a disease run towards them saying ‘We fear that a calamity may befall us.’ So God will soon bring victory or a decision from Him, causing them regret on account of the thoughts they harbored in their hearts.”

President of the Islamic Foundation Ibrahim Fauzy said that the organisation did not support accepting “any sort of assistance from Israel as long as they are in the lands of Palestine. We should fear that we might have to face the wrath of God.”

Fauzy explained that the Islamic Foundation does not recognise Israel as a state as “they have stolen the lands of Palestine by power and force,” adding that “it also against our religion to have relationships with Jews.”

Montreal: Vandals hit mosque for fourth time

A small mosque in the West Island has been covered in spray paint for the fourth time in a year. This time the doors of Dorval Mosque were sprayed with graffiti that read “Koran 551,” a reference to a controversial passage in the Koran.

Mazar Khan, who attends the mosque, says the repeated targeting by vandals is difficult.

“It’s hurtful. It’s damaging to the sentiments of the people who attend the mosque, and also damaging to normal human beings,” said Khan.

In may, Federal Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney had strong words for the vandals when he visited the mosque.

“To come and violate their mosque, their place of worship is totally unacceptable and it’s un-Canadian. Whoever did this should be ashamed of themselves,” said Kenney on May 29.

Spray painting Koran verses

Each time the vandals have hit the mosque, they refer to a different verse in the Koran.
The verse mentioned in this attack suggests that Muslims should not have relations with Jews or Christians, but Mosque president Mehmet Deger says the verse is being taken out of its historical context.

“They are trying to take us back 1500 years ago, these people. We do not agree with them. We have very peaceful relations with Jews and Christians,” said Deger.

Here the Tundra Tabloids sits in the Helsinki airport waiting for a bus at 00:30 in the morning, and I get word of this. Berlin Airport was on a noticeable heightened alert, so I figured it had something to do with the reports over the last few days, but man, there were police security all over the place, even in the Berlin train station, that beautiful piece of architecture.
There’s been a concerted effort on attacks against NATO supply lines and now this. The jihad is up and running again, except for the German jihadis that were smoked in the hills of pakistan. Good riddance. KGS
NOTE: The Tundra Tabloids will be back on line in a regular fashion tomorrow, and has a lot of work waiting for him, lots of video to upload and reports to file. Thanks for your patience.

Eight German Militants Killed in Pakistan Drone Strike

Pakistani intelligence officials say that a drone strike inside Pakistan has killed eight German nationals in the Waziristan region of Pakistan. US officials could not immediately confirm the report.

The strike comes a day after the State Department issued a travel advisory for Americans traveling to Europe because of the potential threat of Mumbai-style commando attacks on civilians, possibly by terrorists of German origin based in Waziristan. Authorities learned of the possible plot this summer from a German national who had been training for jihad and is being held in Afghanistan.
In an interview Sunday, Pakistan’s Ambassador Husain Haqqani told ABC News that the plot’s leaders had been identified and targeted.
“I think that several people who were involved in the plotting have been targeted, and the others are certainly on the radar of U.S., Pakistani and European intelligence services,” Haqqani said.

Writing over at Big Peace, Frank Ross reflects on the article by Andy McCarthy in today’s edition of the National Review Online. Frank himself though hits the nail on the head, in order for the US to really have confidence that the war on Islamic jihadism is over, it’s going to have visual, tangible proof that it has indeed won the war against it. It’s going to need a “Missouri moment”.
The TundraTabloids good friend TINSC has been banging the drum about the need to end the Saudis dominance over the US’s fuel supply, the means by which Americans transport themselves as well as goods. Ending the Saudi dominance at the fuel pump through flex fuel technology will indeed create the momentum in ending their illegal monopoly on petrol, and by default, the funding of the jihad. We all know that the Muslims can’t carry out the jihad on their good looks.
Perhaps this is one of the main thrusts needed to ending the war. Like in all wars, there are many strategies used by the military tacticians in defeating their enemies, the achilles heel must be identified, probed and assaulted. An all out, multi-pronged assault on the key elements to the jihad, that being the funding that sustains it, and against the Islamization project of the stealth jihad that leads to the acceptance of sharia. All areas have to be identified and attacked, and defeated, only then will the US and its allies have that “Missouri moment”. KGS

Frank Ross: As usual, Andrew McCarthy offers a bracing dose of reality over at NRO as he coolly assesses where we are today, nine year after Sept. 11, in the ongoing struggle  between Islam and the West. Read and don’t weep — read it and get mad.

If only the fantasy were true: If only there actually were a dominant, pro-American, echt moderate Islam, an ideology so dedicated to human rights, so sternly set against savagery, that acts of terrorism were, by definition, “un-Islamic activity.” Imagine an Islam that, far from a liability, proved an asset (indeed, an indispensable asset) in combating the threat against us. Imagine that we could accurately call the threat mere “extremism” — no “Islamic” (or even “Islamist”) modifier being necessary because the “extremists” truly were a tiny, aberrant band, fraudulently “hijacking” a great religion…

What excruciating truths have we yet failed to grasp on this ninth anniversary of 9/11? The first is that such an Islam does not exist. The second is that, despite this fact, American foreign and domestic policy continues to proceed as though it does exist — and as though it were the only real Islam. That is, nine years after Islamists made their commitment to our destruction as unmistakable as possible, nine years after the non-occurrence of all the wonderful things that would certainly have happened if the Islam of our dreams were the Islam of our reality, our national-security strategy is still steeped in fiction.

Unlike the sophists in the MSM and the appeasers in the State Dept., McCarthy understands that this war — and it is a war — has little or nothing to do with “religion” as we understand the term, or “peace” for that matter, since “peace” means something very different to each side.
At home, even as al-Qaeda continues its efforts to reprise 9/11, a network of Islamist organizations — coordinated by the Muslim Brotherhood and financially backed by our friends, the Saudis — proceeds with what it calls its “grand jihad” to eliminate and destroy Western civilization by sabotage. This is not a secret. The Brotherhood’s internal memoranda were seized by the FBI. They boldly announce these claims in black and white. Two years ago, the Justice Department aptly labeled the constituent organizations — including the Islamic Society of North America and the Council on American Islamic Relations — as unindicted co-conspirators in a terrorism-financing case in which several of their partners were convicted of funneling millions of dollars to Hamas. Today, those Islamist organizations are right back in business, with an open door to “engaging” government policymakers, as if nothing ever happened. In our imagination, they’re moderates, too.
One thing never intrudes on our make-believe world: the real 9/11. Before it was Ground Zero, the World Trade Center was a real place, where flesh-and-blood Americans were slaughtered — some of them leaping over 70 stories to their grisly demise because it seemed more merciful than immolation in the fires that raged within. We try not to think about that much anymore, except for a fleeting moment or two every September 11. We just imagine it can never happen again. After all, we’ve got Islam in our corner.

Gen. Petraeus: Sorry Mr.President but you’re
getting a bit hard to hear, and please don’t speak up

Once again the issue of what the West is actually fighting and against and how to describe it rises to the forefront. The Tundra Tabloids has repeatedly pointed out that the Obama administration chooses not to link Islam -not from ignorance or ‘PC’ restrictions- to jihadist activity, because their highly failed policy supposedly strives to delegitimize these Muslims in that what they are doing does not represent mainstream Islam.

Such a policy flies in the face of common sense and reason, for the Koran, Sunna and the Hadiths not only validate what they are doing, all four schools of orthodox Islam having nothing negative to say about it either, and in many cases dovetail with the jihadists’ own views. The problem is Islam, pure and simple, and not addressing that connection only allows for more jihadis to pick up the sword of jihad and follow in their warped prophet’s footsteps.
General Petraeus is not an idiot, nor an ideologue like his commander in chief, and is addressing the enemy in the same way the commander in chief and commander of US armed forces would/did define the enemy they were fighting in WWII, the Nazis, or National Socialism. Islam is no different, other than having significantly more adherents.
Lets face facts, it’s the numbers that are the main worry here, if Islam was only a small insignificant cult of followers, the overwhelming majority of western leaders would be looking at it, and the problems it’s creating in another light altogether. No one said it would be easy, but Islam has to be treated as a defective ideology, and the commanders put in charge of waging war on these jihadists, have to use strategies that probe Islam’s many weaknesses and use effective policies to defeat it.
In much the same way, while the military is doing battle against the weapon carrying jihadists on the battlefield, civilian government has to wage war against the stealth jihadists, like those within the Muslim Brotherhood network, like CAIR and ISNA and others. Not allowing them any advances in promoting their Islamic agenda of Islamization of US/western society is a must and is even more important than the battle the military is carrying out in Afghanistan and in Iraq and elsewhere.
Perhaps Petraeus gets that, or at least, the TT hopes that he does, as well as the Republicans set to take power from the Democrats in November. Remember, it’s up to US citizens to remind and/or educate their elective representatives about the high stakes here, and what needs to be done. KGS

The Washington Times: The White House‘s official policy of banning the word “Islam” in describing America’s terrorist enemies is in direct conflict with the U.S. military‘s war-fighting doctrine now guiding commanders in Iraq andAfghanistan.
John O. Brennan, President Obama’s chief national security adviser for counterterrorism, delivered a major policy address on defining the enemy. He laid out the White House policy of detaching any reference to Islam when referring to terrorists, be it al Qaeda, the Taliban or any other group.
But Army Gen. David H. Petraeus, the man tapped by Mr. Obama as the new top commander in Afghanistan, led the production of an extensive counterinsurgency manual in December 2006 that does, in fact, tell commanders of a link between Islam and extremists.
The Petraeus doctrine refers to “Islamic insurgents,” “Islamic extremists” and “Islamic subversives.” It details ties between Muslim support groups and terrorists. His co-author was Gen. James F. Amos, whom Mr. Obama has picked as the next Marine Corps commandant and Joint Chiefs of Staff member.
Mr. Brennan on May 26 told an audience at the Center for Strategic and International Studies that “describing our enemy in religious terms would lend credence to the lie propagated by al Qaeda and its affiliates to justify terrorism, that the United States is somehow at war against Islam. The reality, of course, is that we have never been and will never be at war with Islam. After all, Islam, like so many faiths, is part of America.”
In a speech that also severed the Obama administration from PresidentGeorge W. Bush‘s “war on terror,” Mr. Brennan also said: “The president’s strategy is absolutely clear about the threat we face. Our enemy is not terrorism because terrorism is but a tactic. Our enemy is not terror because terror is a state of mind and, as Americans, we refuse to live in fear. Nor do we describe our enemy as jihadists or Islamists because jihad is holy struggle, a legitimate tenet of Islam meaning to purify oneself of one’s community.”
