CREATE & CORRECT. The gangrapesweden.com site has filed a police report for violations of the Personal Data Act (PUL) after disclosing information about 83,000 people’s offenses, such as judgments against other fatal rapists, writes Ekot. The site is said to be a register of immigrants’ crime.
It was on Friday that Nordfront and the site Gangrape Sweden launched “the largest database of immigrants’ crime”.
In total, there are 83,656 persons violations of law between 2014-2015 published on the website. But information on both Swedes and immigrants is included on the site. For example, if you click on “Group Violence Men”, all convicted offenders will be listed with their full names, sanctions, expulsion decisions, etc. You can also search for all prisoners after their birthday.
The people themselves point out that the project is an “analysis” of over 140,000 legal cases.
Police notice against the site is a serious breach of the Personal Data Act (PUL), but it could also be a case of pretenses that may be reported by individuals hanging out.
“Some time ago, a secret source provided a large amount of information from the Criminal Data System to Nordfront. It contained files containing all 168,000 penalties that were taken from 10 May 2004 to January 8, 2015 and thus include all decisions regarding those received prison sentences in Sweden during this period, of which 141,000 were unique decisions involving a total of 83,656 individuals, of which 45,921 were Swedes and 37,735 were non-Swedes, ” Nordfront writes about the publication.
