More than likely a car bombing/suicide jihadi attack.

BREAKING: ‘Female attacker’ kills two and leaves dozens injured in Turkish ‘car blast’
AT LEAST two people have been killed and 16 injured after a “female attacker” after an explosion has rocked the Turkish city of Adana, officials have claimed.
The blast was allegedly carried out by a female attacker, according to provincial governor Mahmut Demirtas, and happened just metres away governors office in southern Turkish city.
Two people were killed in the incident while at least 16 people have been left injured as emergency services rushed to the scene although the extent of the damage is not yet fully known.
It is not yet known where the incident was a suicide bombing.
The origin of the fire appears to be from a vehicle parked beside a large multi-storey building, thought to be the governor’s office, while there are several other cars parked perilously close to the site of the fire.
Witnesses reported seeing multiple cars on fire in the parking lot.
