FINLAND: STRICT SECURITY MEASURES IN COURT FOR TWO ASYLUM SEEKERS ACCUSED OF MURDERING 52 Y/O FINNISH MAN……..

The man would of course be alive today if the Finnish authorities had not let these people into the country. That’s a fact not being discussed at all.

LITIGATION

Trial in Kajaani Otanmäki last September homicide began in Kainuu District Court under tight security conditions.
 The District Court was prepared for possible disruptions, as the fresh homicide caused heavy turmoil among the local population.

According to the prosecution, two Iraqi asylum seekers killed by brutal violence a local 52-year-old man one autumn night in Otanmäki. The men admitted that they kicked the victim and robbed him, but denied the manslaughter charges. Autopsy of the victim showed that he was also stabbed.

The eldest of the defendants admitted to the prosecutor’s indictment for aggravated manslaughter, but younger man also denied this. According to the younger man he had not used that kind of violence against the victim that would have caused the victim’s death. He had also not accepted the use of violence by his accomplice against the victim.

The victim also was robbed, but his assailants were unable to withdraw the money at the ATM. According to the younger of the accused, the main factor was his skills in use of ATMs, but was not successful in this situation. The asylum-seekers were born in 1988 and 1997 were captured immediately the day following the act.
