NETHERLANDS: POLICE UNION UNHAPPY ABOUT CIVIL PATROL UNITS……..

It is a God given unalienable right to protect oneself from danger, if the citizen cannot be adequately protected by the government whose first duty is protection of the civil society, then people will form units of protection on their own.

NOTE: Importing trouble into your country and then compounding the error by not protecting society from that trouble is the fault of an out-of-touch government.

Police Union Unhappy with Civil Patrol Units

Gerrit van de Kamp, of the police union ACP considers civil patrols as potentially dangerous. He called them activities in the twilight zone.

Yet there are already 700 such civil patrols. They operate in half of the Dutch communities.

Van de Kamp admitted that the authorities do not succeed in dealing with the feelings of intimidation and insecurity in The Netherlands.
