Crisis for Swedish police: – if their’s not proper focus, it will end in disaster
GOTHENBURG (NRK): Every day three police officers resign in Sweden. 80 percent of the force say they are considering finding another job. Everywhere we hear talk of a serious crisis, and that the police are losing the fight against the criminals.
Swedish police Sergeant Peter Larsson told the broadcaster the challenges Swedish authorities face with the ever decreasing number of officers saying, “We have a major crisis. Many colleagues have chosen to leave. We will not be able investigate crimes, we have no time to travel to the call-outs we are set to do. A worsened working environment means that many colleagues are now looking around for something else.”

“The violence against us in the police and the paramedics and firefighters, has become much worse. We’re talking about stone throwing, violence, fires. It has become much worse in recent years.”
NOTE: I remember the time when I was in Malmö Sweden filming the Change of the Rosen-Guard, they were extremely tired of it all back then, now they are ending their misery by resigning.
