Weep me not……
London jihadi bride, 17, who ran away to join ISIS with two school friends ‘has been killed by airstrike in Syria’ after telling her sister she was ‘scared’ – but feared she would never escape
Schoolgirl Kadiza Sultana, 17, (pictured left) who fled her home in London’s Bethnal Green to join the terror group in Syria, is thought to have died earlier this year during a Russian airstrike on Raqqa, ITV News reports. The schoolgirl had been living in Syria after leaving her home in East London during the Easter 2015 school holidays to join Islamic State.
She travelled with friends Amira Base and Shamima Begum (all pictured right), who were both just 15 when they fled and are believed to still be in Raqqa. Her sister Halima Khanom (inset, talking to her on the phone) said: ‘At least we know she is in a better place’.
