Place them into detention camps, sort out who they are, where they’re from, and repatriate them. Send the bill to the countries in question, and if they won’t pay, reduce the aid sent there to compensate.
The Calais mayor has spoken out about the migrant crisis
In an interview with French television, Natacha Bouchart warned that police are dispirited and exhausted and can no longer contain the migrant gangs running the crime-ridden Jungle Camp.
And in a separate call tonight the influential Road Haulage Association (RHA) warned the ongoing chaos is having a devastating effect on the British economy, urging Francois Hollande to send in the army.
The number of migrants in Calais has swelled to more than 9,000, with increasingly horrific tales emerging of the violent lengths they are going to in their attempts to reach the UK.
