When they say ‘German’, do they really mean…’German’?
A German doctor has been arrested in Berlin on suspicion of being a recruiter for ISIS
The doctor, aged 33, was arrested at an apartment in the capital city by police who say he was aiding in the preparation of a “serious act of violence” against the state.
He comes from the western German city of Mannheim where more buildings relating to him were searched and documents seized.
The operation was jointly planned by prosecutors in Berlin and Karlsruhe.
The suspect previously lived in Freiurg, on the border with Switzerland, where he is accused of radicalizing three 24-year-old German youths.
