Thanks to anti-semitic nations and various international blowhards that have ridiculed the Jewish state in its self defence against Arab aggression/terrorism, that the Jews have been forced to warn its enemy before attacking it.
But now the US is taking it a step further, not only are they dropping leaflets that warn the islamonazis carting oil (from seized oil fields that finance the ISlamic State) to ‘run away’, but they don’t drop any actual bombs either, just fly overs.

We didn’t actually attack anything, this go-round. We left that to France. We just issued warnings and made scary noises.
Call it the Rice-Power Maneuver, for Susan Rice and Samantha Power. As J.R. Dunn points out, however, the premise here is idiotic. It’s not like these drivers are innocent, uninvolved “civilians” like children or sick people. They’re waging ISIS’s war, just like the other non-uniformed participants who make up 100% of ISIS’s ranks. This is how far the Obama administration is going to avoid “collateral damage” — and who knows, it may be worse.
It does puts Obama’s prohibition on our strike-fighters actually dropping ordnance in an informative light. The Obama administration isn’t just sitting around, refusing, in a boring and passive manner, to let our forces attack targets. It’s enthusiastically creating new ways to avoid attacking targets. It’s demanding that our forces act out strongly worded messages and do haka dances to impress the enemy. Out of the hell of war, it’s making performance art. One almost has the sense that there may be merit badges involved, or at least little trophies for originality.
