Of course the imam and scholar say that there isn’t any problem with the facility, they are more than happy with the influx of muslim settlers, so turning a blind eye, or issuing a fatwa covering the situation will be created. When it’s for the advancement of Islam, well, it’s all good.

NOTE: However, if the facility was for the holding of these economic tourists until they could be sent back to their former homelands, then all sh*t would hit the fan.

A reception center was founded this week in Hyvinkää which is according to Luona Oy’s managing director Milja Saksin, to receive about a hundred asylum-seekers. The center can accommodate up to 300 asylum seekers.

The reception center is on the Mäntsälä-Hanko road near Tervamäentie (road). Luona ltd has the responsibility currently of eight reception centers in southern Finland.

The tricky sounding thing between the reception center and asylum seekers is: The reception center is a former pig farming research facility, and many asylum-seekers are Muslims. According to the religion of Islam, pigs are dirty and Muslims do not eat pork at all, or products, for example, made from pig gelatin.

You might think that Muslims wouldn’t agree to live on a pig farm.

According to Saksin that before the arrival of asylum seekers to the reception center, Luona oy discussed the issue with an Islamic scholar and an imam, and the case had been found by them to be unproblematic.

– The pig farming research facility had been closed down for approximately two years ago, and had not been dealing with pigs since then, so it’s not a problem.

– I do not know whether the asylum-seekers have been told yet of the past activities of the Institute, but it has not in any way been disguised either, says Saksin.

– It is not at all the same facility. These are townhouses and office buildings that were in use, where the people are now.
