Anti-Israel bigotry and bias Israeli Schmucks Israeli traitors

The Israeli government’s policy on building illegally touches both Jews and Arabs alike.

B’tSelem also trots out the tired meme that removal of these illegal squatters violates international law, when in fact, the Geneva 4th convention (art.49) regarding transfer of civilians, only deals with peoples within an area ruled by a de facto recognized power (a state), not disputed territory.

UNSCR 242 crafted at the end of hostilities of the 67′ war, is in fact a chapter 6 designated resolution, which by de fault, not only recognizes the legality of Israel being in the newly acquired area, but also recognizes the area in question to be disputed.

NOTE: Those who pimp that bogus meme will fail to answer the following question:

”Name the high contracting power of that area (Judea and Samaria, also misleadingly labeled as the West Bank) prior to Israel coming into possession of it during the 67′ war. ”

MK Moti Yogev (Bayit Yehudi) has charged that the illegal Palestinian building is part of a deliberate attempt to create facts on the ground in Area C and to strengthen Palestinian hold on that territory.

Regavim’s director of international relations Ari Briggs said that the number of structures taken down near Adam on Monday was much less than what B’Tselem claimed, but did not have an exact figure.

What was removed was not residential, added Briggs.

Regavim is an NGO that monitors illegal Palestinian building in Judea, Samaria and east Jerusalem.

He added that Palestinians had just built an illegal school to service Sussiya, a village in the South Hebron Hills.

The civil administration had no response regarding the demolitions.
