Amsterdam: Jewish School remains closed today in view of terror threat
The board of The Cheider, the orthodox Jewish school in Amsterdam, which has 200 pupils has decided to keep the school closed today like the Jewish schools in Belgium do, after the anti-terror actions of yesterday. Chief Rabbi Binyomin Jacobs says: we do not want to create panic, but we also do not want to ignore the problems. The other two Jewish schools in Amsterdam remain open. All three schools are in the Buitenveldert neighborhood. All apply very severe security measures.
