Human rights defender Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff bringing up the Rule of Law problems in Great Britain, where peaceful assembly is difficult, British police arrests people for trying to enter Muslim-dominated districts, and the police even tells citizens what they may not post on Twitter. She adds recommentations for halting the slide of Britain towards becoming a full police state.

Henrik Ræder Clausen of International Civil Liberties Alliance points out that the situation may be worse in Britain than elsewhere, but it is not unique, as other Western countries suffer similar problematic law enforcement. He adds that Leftist groups, violent in the streets or wielding undue behind the scenes influence, is corrupting what used to be a sound Rule of Law in the West.

US representative Chad Wilton comes to the defence of Southern Poverty Law Center in response to the ICLA criticism, stating that as an NGO, it has the full First Amendment right to say whatever it pleases. Unfortunately he does not address the point of undue political influence that was the core issue raised by ICLA.
