  1. Daniel Pipes’ reluctance tells you everything you need to know: if you don’t have a rational argument to put forward in a debate (like concluding, without proof, that a minority of Muslims can actually be quantified as extremists with a plucked-from-the-air assumption that this portion only equates 10 to 15 % of all Muslims), then you’d have to cower in front of genuine experts like Andy Bostom or Robert Spencer. Simple as that: same cowardice we find on the Left or so-called moderate (taqiyya) Muslims themselves ! It’s official as far as I’m concerned, he’s a moonbat, point final !

  2. Ditto, Anushirvan.
I can’t access the posted link, and I assume it links to Dr. Bostom’s website, because I’ve had this message pop up each time I’ve tried to access it over the last few weeks.

You don’t have permission to access /blog/2013/05/20/i-have-agreed-to-debate-daniel-pipes-on-his-conception-of-islamic-antisemitism/ on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I can view Bostom’s blog if I seek the cache of a particular page only. I’m assuming the problem is on my end but wonder if anyone else experiencing this issue?

  3. I’m disappointed that Daniel Pipes has bowed out of having a debate. I followed his writings faithfully for ten years but lately I have had issues with some of his opinions. Although I didn’t agree with all his views, generally speaking he made sense. This latest fad of “Islamism” (this term is apparently Dr. Pipes’ invention) Islam, Islamization and anti-semitism seems just something else controversial that Dr. Pipes has thrown into the mix. If, however, he agrees to do this debate with Dr. Bostom, it would be a very interesting debate.
