Anders Brievik's terrorist attack UK

NUT-JOB FATHER OF THREE PRAISES BREIVIK ON FACEBOOK…….

The charge should actually be incitement to commit acts of violence. There is no place for such thinking in any kind of discourse, public or private. Praising a cold blooded murderer is in fact incitement to violence, at least in my opinion, he should be placed alongside those who praise Charles Manson and cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, though lunatic praise for Brievik stands in a class all by itself.

A British dad has been arrested on suspicion of inciting racial hatred after praising mass murderer Anders Breivik on Facebook, it emerged today.

Philip Horn, 44, allegedly said on the social networking site that he ‘takes his hat off’ to the infamous gunman.

The Norwegian slaughtered 77 adults and teenagers when he bombed government buildings in Oslo and carried out a mass shooting on the island of Utoya in July last year.

  1. I couldn’t care less if people tore him a new one or three in responce to his post and would have happily pointed out to him exactly how far up his butt was his head. But the proper responce is to publicly disagree with him. Not to arrest him.

Agreeing with someone isn’t incitement. He said he was ok with it and sympathetic to the motive (he’s dead wrong about the motive but that’s a loooooong story).

That’s endorsement only. He didn’t say other people should do it.

If such endorsement is a crime then it’s a fair cop guv. But he was arrested for incitement he didn’t commit.

  2. Why can neo-Nazis praise Hitler and Jihadists Bin Laden without wing arrested?

This is a double standard. This guy might be misguided and might be crazy but he’s doing no more than thousands of Nazis and Jihadists do daily with no consequences.

  3. The real news story is this. Radical Muslims or UAF types are spying on EDL members FB pages, searching for stuff they can play Gotcha with.

They found something that could be twisted into something illegal and called the cops (and of course the newspapers too).

The cops who were 1) commanded to be extra tough on EDL because the government doesn’t like them or 2) were muslims themselves or sympathetic to the muslims or 3) don’t know how to read or are so stupid that they don’t understand the difference between endorsement and incitement- arrested him.

British muslims have used this exact trick before with someone who was working on a campagn to stop voting rules that were allowing tower hamlets people to cast votes from pakistan while fraudulantly claiming to live in the area. One bedroom apartments were listed as being the residences of about 20 people each – quite asuprise to the little old ladies living in them at the time. Using that loophole to commit voter fraud is what many now know is how that islamic radical got elected mayor of tower hamlets.

They were searching social media for anything that could make the anti voting fraud organization look bad, found one innocuous joke in a tweet and then used it as a bogus pretext to go on the warpath against the group that was trying to stop their voter fraud.

  4. How many muslms have been arrested for incitement to racial violence, making veiled threats, making real threats and making all manner of racist and antisemetic remarks on Facebook, 9gag and Youtube?

    Z-E-R-O!!!

  5. Truthiocity, I agree with you, Horn’s despicable support for the “butcher of Utoya” (sp?) doesn’t rise to the level of incitement. [I personally refuse to fulfill that murderous butcher’s dream of being forever idolized, and will never use his birthright identity] . Horn could express his views without lending credibility to that monster in any way, shape or form. Phil Horn would do well to present his case in court with a truckload of evidence of far more readily provable evidence of “incitement” , up to and including video sermons sold in local mosques, or, as in his case, located on any variety of social networking websites like facebook, youtube, twitter, etc.

  6. This sounds like a total double standard. Praising Hamas, Hezbollah, Che Guevara, ANC, etc won’t get one arrested, but this will? This man should have been villified inthe public forum where he made his posts.

    1. You’re right of course, I say arrest them if they promote violence. That means jihads supporters as well.

  7. I would like to know is such a thing possible in US.

Can someone in US be arrested just for a praising a terrorist or a terrorist attack?

  8. What’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.

Gorsh Truthiocity, what ever are you talking about?

On the FB page for the show Citizen Khan there have been innumerable violent threats.

If you are a British reader then go to that page and report those who make threats and veiled threats to the police.

Don’t wait for someone else to do it because apparently nobody ever does. Go find one jerkwad who’s mouthed off and get him arrested for incitement to violence just like this man has been.

The police know what a veiled threat is so go after those too.

    That’le lern em! Heh!

  9. Meanwhile Islamic extremists are allowed to run free converting radicalizing and beheading kids at will.

Norway shooter was a nut but you cultural Marxists are worse. You destroy entire nations.
