Reminds me of two cases in Holland. In one case a few people who working in a supermarket tried to chase a thief, when they caught him, the police actually arrested the workers for ‘assaulting’ the thief. In another case a man installed videocamera’s near his house because he had been robbed a few times before, in the end the thief sued the house-owner, because of the violation of his *privacy*.
