Utopia induced foolishness reversed (somewhat).
This has nothing to do with a change of philosophy, but of monetary realities. Just looking at it from a state intrusion of individual property rights, even the public funding for local Finnish students in ‘higher learning’ is a fundamentally flawed decision. Placing the funding of education of foreigners also on the backs of the Finnish taxpayer is just adding insult to injury.
Now, it they would stop doing it in the US…
