UK BUFFOONERY: SPENDING TAXPAYERS’ MONEY THAT IT DOESN’T HAVE FIGHTING GLOBAL WARMING IN AFRICA…….

 

Statists doing what they do best, spending money that isn’t theirs on grandiose projects, how typical. KGS

Among the projects to be funded will be schemes to help African farmers insure their crops against flooding and drought while other projects include installing solar power in rural villages and building slurry pits that can produce gas to power generators.

The move, however, is expected to attract intense criticism at a time when the UK economy is struggling to recover from recession.

  1. The UK government as well as the US government is full of these ‘Save the Planet and everyone in it’ fools. When these ‘esteemed’ officials talk of spending money, they should be asked what country or bank is it to be borrowed from? The coffers are empty, and the cupboard is bare, so future generations will have to pay through the nose via ultra excessive and punitive taxation for the do gooders of today. What ever happened to plain common sense, thrift, and austerity? We the citizenry practice it every day or we would be out in the street.
