SAUDI HUSBAND TRAPPED IN ROOM AFTER ESCAPING ANGRY WIFE……..

TSN: Islamic scholars shall be sending over to the brother a copy of the Koran with an added list of specially highlighted verses to ‘buckle him up’ and give him spine.

[“Men are superior to women on account of the qualities with which God has gifted the one above the other, and on account of the outlay they make from their substance for them. Virtuous women are obedient, careful, during the husband’s absence, because God has of them been careful. But chide those for whose refractoriness you have cause to fear; remove them into beds apart, and scourge them: but if they are obedient to you, then seek not occasion against them: verily, God is High, Great!” Koran, 4:34]

A Saudi man was trapped inside a room in his apartment when he locked himself up after fleeing his angry wife, a local newspaper reported on Thursday.

Civil defence units had to smash the door after the man and his wife could not open it nearly 24 hours after their fight, ‘Alyoum’ said.

Quoting police sources, the paper said the 40-year-old man locked himself up to escape his threatening wife following a heated argument at their house on the tiny island of Tarut just opposite the eastern port of Dammam.

“The civil defence smashed the door to release the man after he was locked up for nearly 24 hours without any food or drink,” it said.

  1. In years passed . . .I recall reading articles describing how muslim women were heartlessly locked away without food/water/toilet. Considering the Islamic references to “remove them into beds apart, and scourge them”, one wonders if Saudi apartments are outfit with rooms for this purpose. Did this spineless halfwit lock himself in & forget where the manual with release instructions were placed? Islam & sharia meet karma ~ heh
