EU ‘S UNELECTED PRESIDENT THINKS EU SKEPTICISM MORE A THREAT THAN OVER RUNAWAY CORRUPTION…….

Van Rompuy: There, there, we’ll tackle corruption
once we get rid of all our ‘damned’ opposition

The EU’s cohesion policy, accounting for one third of the total budget, continues to be the most prone to errors and fraud, although the situation is improving in comparison to previous years, the European Court of Auditors has said. Over a third of the €35.5 billion allocated by the EU in 2009 for regional infrastructure projects were affected by errors, either unintentional, as EU funding rules are often too complex for regional authorities and small contractors to cope with, or as a sign of fraud, the annual report of the Court of Auditors says.

Fjordman observes: Notice that the EU’s “president,” the unelected leader for half a billion people, thinks that the greatest threat facing the European continent today is…..people critical of the EU. This happens when cities all over Western Europe are being swamped by immigrant crime, actively encouraged by the EU. The EU is destroying European civilization, and warns against those who try to stop this as “anti-democratic forces.”
