BRITAIN’S TOP SOLDIER SAYS THE JIHADIS CAN’T BE BEATEN…….

Gen Sir David Richards: “Victory against militant Islam cannot be achieved that is likely to prove most contentious. In conventional war, defeat and victory is very clear cut and is symbolised by troops marching into another nation’s capital. First of all you have to ask: do we need to defeat it [Islamist militancy] in the sense of a clear cut victory? I would argue that it is unnecessary and would never be achieved.”
Excuse me for discharging from my stomach the contents of my just eaten breakfast, but this general does not exhibit the qualities you would find appealing in a leader you would want to follow into battle. “Oh, you have no hope of beating your enemy, just ‘chin up’ and expect little results from all your effort and sacrifice.”
Who wants to follow that? I never would. You need a Patton, and political leaders, willing to make the tough choices. I would follow any leader willing to discuss the removal of the Kaaba if Islam doesn’t get it’s house into order. Read the rest of the sorry article here. KGS
