News Flash From The Past:

Israeli on Arab TV: J’lem Was Ours When Moslems Worshipped Idols

(IsraelNN.com) Bar Ilan University political scientist Dr. Mordechai Kedar told a Moslem show host on the Arabic-language Al Jazeera television network, “Jews were in Jerusalem while your ancestors were drinking wine and bowing to idols.” In a heated debate with the narrator, he added, “We don’t need your permission to build” in the capital of Israel, Jerusalem. “Jerusalem is not mentioned even once in the Koran. Jerusalem is a Jewish city.

Let’s first get this straight, this Sow-di sheikh plans to come to Israel, J’lem to be precise, in order to incite the Arab street like Hajj Amin al-Huesseini, (the Nazi’s Mufti) did during WWII. There you have it ladies and gentlemen, the Arab’s sole reason for continuing their dirty terrorist proxy war against the Jewish state of Israel. No non-Muslim, especially a Jew, can have any claim to the land once deemed to be Muslim territory.

Anyone who does not recognize the Islamic element to the Arabs’ conflict with Israel is either in denial, ignorant or extremely disingenuous about the true nature of the conflict. In other words, they refuse to accept the intractable dimension to the conflict, that one side (the arabs), are totally incapable of truly accepting the existence of a Jewish state in their midst.KGS

Saudi cleric plans visit to J’lem

A prominent Saudi cleric who announced his intention to arrive in the capital next week, to bolster Muslim claims to the city, doesn’t “stand a chance in hell” of being granted entry to the country, much less Jerusalem, a source inside the municipality said on Monday.
“Jerusalem under the flag of the State of Israel is open for all people of all faiths from around the world to enjoy,” the municipality source said.
However, politically motivated attempts to stir up tension or violence in the already simmering capital would not be permitted, the source added.
Sheikh Muhammad al-Areefi, a cleric based in Riyadh, told viewers of his Sunday television show on the religious satellite channel Iqra that its next episode would be dedicated to Muslim claims to Jerusalem and Palestine.
Areefi said he would visit the capital next week, though he did not specify exactly when. It would be an unprecedented trip for a prominent Saudi.
Saudi Arabia observes a strict boycott of Israel and bans travel there.
In Jerusalem, Foreign Ministry officials were looking into the matter on Monday night, unaware – beyond what was published in the media – of any information about an impending visit by Areefi.
