Britain Whining Muslim

British Muslim MP: Muslims Feel Like ‘Jews of Europe’…….

It’s a nauseating statement, simply because never before in European history, have Europeans leaned over backwards for an immigrant group like they’ve been doing for the Muslim immigrants.
“Britain’s first Muslim minister has attacked the growing culture of hostility against Muslims in the United Kingdom, saying that many feel targeted like “the Jews of Europe“. […] Mr Malik made clear that he was not equating the situation with the Holocaust but warned that many British Muslims now felt like “aliens in their own country”. He said he himself had been the target of a string of racist incidents, including the firebombing of his family car and an attempt to run him down at a petrol station.
“I think most people would agree that if you ask Muslims today what do they feel like, they feel like the Jews of Europe,” he said. “I don’t mean to equate that with the Holocaust but in the way that it was legitimate almost – and still is in some parts – to target Jews, many Muslims would say that we feel the exact same way. “Somehow there’s a message out there that it’s OK to target people as long as it’s Muslims. And you don’t have to worry about the facts, and people will turn a blind eye.”
What a bunch of hooey. I wonder how much of Mr.Malik’s ire is aimed at the growing Islamist movement within Britain itself, where “no go” areas (Muslim only) have become a common feature within British society. I can’t recall a time when Jews in Britain (or elsewhere in Europe) created areas for themselves where non-Jews risked both life and limb to enter. It didn’t exist.
Antisemitism is a phenomenon in which the majority non-Jewish society places absurd expectations –as well as universally shared negative characteristics solely upon Jews– that they wouldn’t dare demand from themselves. Jews had to be more upright and moral in both social life and business transactions than the majority, as well as being “albatrossed” with the stigma of ancient Islamic and Christian stereotypes.
A wake-up call for Mr.Malik, EVERY immigrant group that makes its home in a different land experiences some form of bigotry and intolerance. But never before has an immigrant group of such an incredible size and potential, created a negative environment that is of its own making, due to its own religious (some would say cultish) regulations.
Jews have always allowed the civil government to supersede its own religious rules when the two were in conflict, Islam however, sees Muslims in the streets when a picture is drawn of their holy figures, Mohamed. Jews throughout their history in the Levant, Mahgreb and in Europe have had to endure far more than indignities than any Muslim group can claim, and yet they have never waged a campaign to Judaize Non-Jewish society with their own religious legal constraints and demands.
This is nothing more than a “blue smoke and mirrors” attempt to unjustly shield Muslims and Islam from criticism, by riding on the coat tails of Jewish success in getting Europe to come to face with its anti-Jewish behavioral bigotry. The present day status of Europe’s Muslim immigrant population, does not resemble that of the Jews prior to WWII, not in any shape or form.
It was only until the beginning of the last century that Jews in Finland no less, had succeeded in being allowed to ply any trade they choose, and to live just about anywhere they wished. But throughout the rest of Europe, “real discrimination” kept many Jews from becoming fully integrated,..and yes assimilated as well.
Shahid Malik is playing a blatantly open shell game that only serves to diminish the true discriminating hard ships directed against Jews, who were often forced to leave from one place to another due to pogroms and discrimination that decimated Jewish numbers, which is quite the opposite of Muslim numbers in Europe. The Muslim population is expanding at an enormous rate, as well as the number of Muslim youth population in prison. That’s another major difference between Jewish and Muslim populations in Europe, the youth are less loyal to the country in which they were born, and more prone to break the law. More here. *L* KGS
