Immigration Political Correctness Sweden

Is This The Beginning of The End……?

“Resignation leads to apathy. Apathy leads to inertia. Inertia leads to indifference. Indifference paralyzes the instinct for self-defence, that is, the instinct to fight back.” (Oriana Fallaci)

Flemming Rose, cultural editor for the Jyllands-Posten, comments on his blog about an op-ed about the show Yallahrup Ferry Port. The op ed states:

”Humor is anti-authoritarian. Critics will say that in Yallahrup Ferry Port it is the stronger who laughs at the weak, the majority of Danes is laughing at the exposed, vulnurable minority. This criticism needs to be rejected by insisting that making good-natured fun of people is a way to take down barriers and include people in the community.”

FR: And the editorial concludes:

”If immigrants and theirs descendants are being defined as a group having the right to demand special treatment, it will only encourage division and separation in Danish society. It preserves a situation of not knowing other groups in our society and will only promote annoyance and mistrust of one another. Self-respect and respect from others are closely connected, and citizens will get neither if they are turned into victims.

In the final analysis political correctness is a form of racism, even if it sees itself as the opposite of racism. It implies that specific ethnic and cultural groups don’t have the same access to the community and identity creating traditions as native Danes. Yallahrup Ferry Port is a vigorous rejection of this sacredness detached from reality.”

FR: Well said. The cartoons of Mohammed wasn’t published in vain.

The Tundra Tabloids is in full agreement. Thanks to Steen for the video. *L* KGS

  1. Thanks for this post. It’s good to see some sort of objection – any sort of objection – coming out of Sweden.

As an American of Swedish DNA, I’m really appalled at Sweden’s trajectory. How do those of us on this side of the pond reach out and support those who are willing to help themselves? Or are contemporary Swedes so devoid of spirit that is indeed game over for this once proud people?

  2. Great that you commented. Reach out by starting a blog of you own and connect to the links of other Swedish counter-Jihad bloggers.

Raise awareness where you are, of the problem that we have here in Scandinavia and elswhere in Europe. More people connected to the issues the better!

All the native Swedes are not silent. In fact, there is a study about rise of multiculturalism and destruction of ‘folkhemmet’ here:

If you can read Swedish, I recommend you to familiarize yourself with the contents.

  4. Thanks for the link.

The native Swedes who are speaking up have my full support. But those who remain passive are still deserving of a kick in the pants.

As we have learned here in the US regarding our own government’s dysfunctional and insane immigration policies, non-policies, and ignored policies, taking the path of least resistance is a losing proposition. In rising up against those who would sell their mother’s soul for a vote or dollar or some nutty ‘citizen of the world’ utopian worldview, we were vilified as racists, nativists, xenophobes, and bigots. In the face of that very predictable intimidation campaign we stuck to principle and what is right and did win eventually the day. It can be done, but it isn’t pretty.

But Sweden is not the US. We have greater freedom of speech protections. The roots of leftist lunacy have not grown as deep here as they have in Europe. I expect it may take a bit more courage for native Europeans to defend their identity against those who wish to strip them of it. Those who display that courage have my respect and support – and I suppose it follows that those who don’t, don’t.
