An Israeli Supreme Court ruling that recently decided against the Defense Ministry’s planned route for the security fence, proves yet again, that Palestinians living in the WB have access to the Israeli court system.
The last time I recall that the Arabs living in Judea and Samaria (WB) had won a similar decision, was back in 2004, just before the notorious World Court ruling in the Hague. Unlike the Israeli court system that actually does deliberate in a moral and just way, the Hague rendered a negative verdict, without weighing all of the facts.
Israel received the same kind of justice in the Hague, blacks could expect from the court system in a segregated South. The verdict was well known before the judges began hearing the merits to the case. More here. *L* KGS
