Iran Continues Killing US Soldiers With Impunity…….

This has got to stop. At the same time Iranian officials are sitting with their US counterparts discussing how best they can “contribute to the stability” of Iraq, they are developing weapons that are solely meant for the killing of US soldiers.

According to the NYT‘s:

“Attacks on American-led forces using a lethal type of roadside bomb said to be supplied by Iran reached a new high in July, according to the American military. The devices, known as explosively formed penetrators, were used to carry out 99 attacks last month and accounted for a third of the combat deaths suffered by the American-led forces, according to American military officials. “July was an all-time high,” Lt. Gen. Raymond T. Odierno, the No. 2 commander in Iraq, said in an interview, referring to strikes with such devices.”

Enough is enough, what is it going to take to get the US government to draw a line into the sand? Sitting down to chat with the Iranians while they continue to murder US soldiers might the be logical step for the Baker led Iraq Study Group, but common sense dictates that it is this very same “realism politics” (represented by Baker and ilk) that has led to the current situation. More here. *L* KGS

  1. What would you, in all your wisdom, do about it then? Nuke Iran? If that’s what you want, then please do openly call for a nuclear war. At least you should say something realistic can be done. And yes, nuclear war is realistic; pressuring Iran with meaningless sanctions is not. Basically there are two options: appeasement or nuclear war (in which China will probably be involved as well, and perhaps Russia). If you prefer nuclear war, I take it it would be good for the Jews and therefore acceptable.

Nuclear war is good for the Jews! We want war! We want war!
